They had me fill out way too many forms and then charged me more than I thought I was going to be charged. They should habe gone over potential costs before the exam. Peter was cool. Its a shame he did business this way. Again they should print out insurance information then show the costumer what they could pay. I had never used this eye insurance before. They took advantage off me

Pamela you are amazing!!! I am a VSP employee. I went to a different office previously not going to name the worst experience ever. Pamela is so efficient, knowledgeable and fast. I know more of the back end of things through insurance. She def knows what she is doing. I appreciate you and I will be changing my location to Tencza. Keep up the excellent work.
