Horrible experience...bad customer service.not only was all the employees eating at the same time when i entered. But they missed placed my payment for my services. And told me i had to be lying. Not only did they hang up on me. They was very rude. Told me i had to pay for my contacts upfront. Just to get my contacts ordered and to get a trial pair. After two weeks of waiting.they claim to not even have a clue that i paid for my contacts. Gave me the manager number and she couldnt even mail the contacts to me.and had the nerve to ask after they look at the cameras and if it shows i didnt pay would i pay for them. First of all thats why im fussing ...i paid for my services before you even wanted to order them. So im done...please do not waste your time here.

This is the worst store ever!!!!! I have been up there 5 times to get my contacts situated and I finally asked for a refund, (which was denied). I told them that I wanted the 30 day contacts and they give me the daily. I kept telling them that I cannot see with the contacts which I received as trials and the staff keeps telling me that I have a weak prescription. I have worn contacts in BOTH eyes for four years and they tell me that I only need a contact in my left eye. They do not have the hours of operation listed and it is completely different from what is listed on the internet. I paid for the visit out of my pocket and this was money and time wasted!!!!!

The individuals who work here are so disrespectful, not only to patients, but to each other as well. I have finally decide to take my money and time else where because of their attitudes. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The doctor is kind, but if it were my opinion I would offer him advice to find more clerks. There costumer service barely exist and I would give them zero stars if possible.

Excellent! First, they saw me as a walk in same day with no wait! Second, Dr. Smith was wonderful. He knew exactly what he was doing! It was the fastest eye exam Ive ever had! Third, I had my baby so the lady followed me around as I picked out my glasses and filled out my paperwork for me. They have gained a customer for as lung as they are here!

I have attempted to go to the store on Saturday and Monday. The website shows they are open but the store is not. There is not any signage on the store to give hours of operation. They are inside the Dublin Mall so you would think they would have mall hours. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is a horrible place to get glasses. Took my son two months to get his after weekly calls and getting the run around. Not professional at all. Definitely will not use them again
