I strongly suggest asking for Michelle when going to this location. Was helped (if you can call it that) by another employee (didnt catch her name, but her face will haunt me) on a different occasion, and I will not be making that mistake again. An upbeat and positive approach to customer service can go a long way. Can do without the rude and condescending attitude. Im sure that there are other pleasant and helpful employees at this location. Im just speaking from prior experience, and time-and-again, Michelle has been just absolutely wonderful to work with.

I was in a great mood when i called however a lady by the name of susan ruined that.I was making a appointment she was rude when asking my patient demographic questions.i have worked in customer service for years she is lacking did not make my appointment because of her.

I went there for my first pair of glasses today and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was upbeat and the staff are very kind and professional. Their selection was impressive and I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
