This place had exceeded my expectations. The past few eye doctors Ive been too has been a bad experience. However, Dr. Roose and his staff are phenomenal!! I love that he introduces himself to all his patients, it left a great first impression on me. Hes also very patient and explained all my concerns to me. Sharon helped me pick my glasses and ordered them. She was also so kind. I am a very indecisive person and came back with a tray filled with 7 glasses! Lol. She patiently watch me try each one on and told me what she thought of each. We eventually picked out a pair we both loved. I am so happy I chose this place! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Very disappointed with the overall service. They made 3 sets of lenses and none of them were right. I ended up just asking for my money back. I purchased sunglasses and the lenses came back very warped the first time. I knew instantly that they were not correct. I was told to wear them for a week to make sure. I brought them back and they replaced them. The second lenses came, and they had a chip in them. The third pair came and they did not fit into the frames. So I asked to get my money back. I should have asked to keep the 2nd pair of lenses with the chip, at least I could have used them.

Dr. Roose is great! We followed him here from his previous location. Hes friendly, helpful, straight forward, and good at what he does. : ) Kelly, who helped us work out the prescription details and make sure our insurance was accurately input to the computer, was wonderful, too. Very patient, helpful and friendly. Audrey, who worked behind the desk was great, too! Did a LOT to make sure we got the right insurance coverage.

Lenses are cheap and scratch easily. Charged for cleaning items that are supposed to be complimentary.
