I had a GREAT experience here. I am new to Ohio and have had a tremendous amount of difficulty finding new doctors. I figured coming to Target Optical would be quick and easy, but I wasnt expecting to have received such great service. Everyone was friendly, including the Dr. and her assistant. It was very easy to give my insurance (which I only had a picture of my card with me), the exam was painless (I was seen the minute I arrived for my appointment), and I was able to pick out my specs and order conveniently that day. I am still waiting for my glasses; however, I am sure they will arrive in a timely manner as promised. I would definitely recommend going here, if your insurance suggests so!

Wow! What a great experience! The Dr. is very thorough, very professional and very personable. Up to date technology minimizes the discomfort and gives a great view if eye health. Amy, the Manager is wonderful. She did everything she could to minimize my costs knowing I had no insurance. She is also very professional and a really nice person. Kind of like buying glasses from your favorite sister. I just cant say enough good things about this team.

Great location, very convenient! Helpful staff. Nice selection of glasses. Always has deals going on or clearance options.
