Back on June 17 i had an appt for an eye exam. Upon arrival i was having a stroke. Five ladies in that office snapped into action and called the paramedics, calmed and comforted me while waiting on the paramedics. The compassion they had for me in my darkest most desperate hour is something i will always hold near and dear to my heart and never forget. These ladies literally saved my life. They are my GUARDIAN ANGELS. And i would like to mention their names here now. They are JULIE CARROZZA, CANDICE ROACH, KIM NUGENT, KATHRYN WHITNEY AND DR. LEAH STEELE. I love you ladies. Love love love you! Now for the review. I have been going to Madison Eye Care for a few years now. And have always been treated with respect. Never kept waiting in the waiting area. Never felt like i was being rushed out of the exam room. In fact quite the opposite. I always leave that office feeling like Ive had a vey thorough, comprehensive professional eye exam. So wont you please consider Madison Eye Care for your next eye exam. Youll be so glad you did. I know i sure am.

My eye doctor moved away, so Im in need of a new one. I picked this place because of the reviews. I called to schedule an appointment, told them I would like an eye exam and that Im new to them. The woman asked for my insurance, I told her (they take my insurance, I checked before I called), she asked if I could be put on hold and I said yes. After a few seconds I was redirected to a voicemail. I was confused and thought it was a mistake, so I hung up and called back. She proceeded to pick up the phone and hang it up. I have no idea what I said to this woman to make her do this. Im pretty angry and confused. I would suggest firing this receptionist and replacing her with someone who wont hurt your business and make you lose money. I probably wouldve been with you for many years like I was with my other eye doctor.

I was given an incorrect contact lens prescription. The doctor changed too many variables (powers and brand) and I could not determine what was wrong. I was given a glasses prescription and that turned out to be wrong as well. I ordered glasses based on that prescription. When I got them I could not see well at all. I had since moved due to unfortunate circumstances and was unable to go back. I had to get a second opinion on the contacts and glasses. The glasses were found to be made right and I was given a wayyy different prescription. Madison Eye Care was unwilling to refund me for my fitting even though I proved that the prescriptions were wrong. Very disappointed...

Ive been satisfied for the last five years. I do miss a couple of employees that are gone, however, they still have a pleasant crew and the same optometrist. I searched for an eye place and chose this one based on the reviews five years ago. Looking at one of the other review, I had a wrong prescription in my eye glasses, but didnt pay much attention, because I wore my contacts most of the time. Besides, it was a year or more later when I mentioned it. I too think I should have got a discount on the next pair, but I didnt question it. I think the customer Ken Starner should have been accommodated for Madison eye cares error.

They always seem to exceed my expectations. Other businesses, regardless of services or products they offer, could learn a great lesson from watching this operation. Theyre friendly, prompt, courteous, efficient and especially professional. Theyre equipment and personnel are state-of-the-art and they take great pains to explain things in a professional, yet personal, manner that anyone can understand. Amazingly, they even did it for a non-English-speaking patient that I personally witnessed on my recent visit. Sure wish everyone cared this much!!

We have been going to Madison Eyecare for several years now. We went to another doctor before and they were nice as well, but we like Dr. Mogyordy so much better. The staff is always courteous and willing to help. Weve had billing problems before and they were patient and helped us get it right. Dr. Mogyordy always welcomes his patients and genuinely gets to know them. It is just a nice, professional place.

I am a new patient. I really liked the associates as well as the optometrist. I highly recommend their facility as well as the service. They also have the ability to take a picture of your eye with the details of your eye. I thought that was pretty cool and have never been offered this service prior. Highly recommend this office. I am glad I stumbled upon them.
