Came to get a respirator physical for work and was one of the first 5 people to be in the waiting room, this was about 9:50am, now most of those people were coming in for a drug screening (something that takes literally about 5 minutes, they go in and boom theyre done relatively quickly). After about a half hour at least 8-10 people walked in, not sure if most of them were getting drug screenings but either way.. The people who work there say "its a first come first serve basis" on how long youre going to wait.. Im pretty sure most of those 10 people who came in after me got in and out before me. Now I understand if they were getting the drug screening its a quick process and dont even need to see the doctor, which makes it all the more shame on the people who work there (Not to mention its supposed to be "first come first serve"). I didnt even get called in for a good hour, I wanna say it was about 11:15, mind you I was one of the first 5 people there at 9:50am, thats over an hour and 20 minutes of waiting just to get called in.. After I got called in it was only over a half hour sitting in multiple exam rooms, and multiple apologies from the girls who worked there, before finally seeing the doctor. When I walked out of that god forsaken place it was about 12:15pm.. Thats almost 2 1/2 hours from the time I walked in and walked out.. Oh and that was the second time Ive been there, the time before I waited for at least an hour to get called in. Unbelievable

I entered Concentra in Willoughby Ohio around 8 AM on Wednesday morning August 16, 2017. On the TV in the waiting area, there was a show replaying grotesque and disturbing murders and sexual assaults on women and children. I was filling out paperwork for about 45 minutes sitting in the lobby as this TV show was playing. Finally I went up to a worker at the front desk who I later found out was a medical technician and asked if the TV channel could please be turned off or changed. I was told "No, this is our approved station". Later the receptionist returned and I asked her the same question about please turning off or changing the Channel. She responded with the same answer that this was the approved station. I later found out that the TV was turned off. The experience was extremely triggering and disturbing and not representative of a trauma-informed environment at all, which was especially surprising given that people in trauma are entering the facility all day long. I hope by giving this information others can be spared being traumatized in the same way. Thank you

The receptionist denied us service stating Blue Cross denied coverage, we immediately called the insurance company who stated of course you have coverage and that no one called on our account to verify coverage. It turns out they were a half hour from closing and didnt want to take anymore people that day, we were the only ones there and they wanted to leave early. They were unbelievably rude.

The physician who saw me was exceedingly rude. She was practically screaming at me just to take information. The nurse before her was polite, though.
