To start, everyone at this office is super pleasant and kind. However, that kindness does not help to heal neck pain. Two of my friends had recommended Dr. Heather so I made an appointment to see her. In the excitement of the referral, I made the mistake of purchasing a chiropractic adjustment package in advance and spent hundreds of dollars with hopes of healing my severe neck pain but to no avail. It would take maybe less than 5 minutes to have an adjustment done each time I went in. I had a total of 9 or 10 adjustments and stopped going. I kept receiving calls that I had one more adjustment left, which I paid for but I was so disappointed with the treatment that I just gave up on them. Another one of my friends later told me she too was referred by a mutual friend and was extremely dissatisfied. Years ago I went to a different chiropractor I found from Groupon and the man did wonders on me! The adjustment and treatment lasted about an hour and he used interesting gadgets to relieve the tenseness in my shoulders which Dr. Heathers office is lacking. I actually left that day from my Groupon chiropractor with no pain. I cannot say the same in any of my treatments with Dr. Heather. As a matter of fact, during my initial consult Dr. Heather had advised me to not focus on feeling less neck pain but rather to be more concerned with my overall health and well-being. That should have been a red flag for me. My neck pain almost a year later is worse than ever and I really am very disappointed that I wasted so much money and time with Dr. Heather. Shes a very lovely person by the way. I just dont have confidence in her training and treatment.

All chiropractors try to be caring and holistic, but the important question is: Are they effective? Most people going to a chiropractor have a limited amount of funds, and try to make the best decision about where to use them. The office staff at Comprehensive are very nice and approachable, however if you want someone who will create meaningful improvements, this is not the best place to go.

My experience as a patient is over the top with the care and education I receive from Dr. Heather and her amazing team. Professionally, I get to witness the amount of time and energy she and her team put into training and studying to bring their patients the best care.
