Weve been consistently and thoroughly impressed with our visits to Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry of the Main Line! Weve had the pleasure of seeing all the doctors in the practice and many of the techs-- and we havent met one that we wouldnt rate as 5 star. I have 4 kids and we travel to Bryn Mawr from Malvern because the care here is so great. We started out at another dentist who was listed as a top dentist in the Philadelphia area, but this practice blows that original dentist away. My oldest child had a pretty complicated cavity between his two front teeth from reflux when he was little- the opinion we got from the original dentist was just to pull the two teeth and wait a few years for the adult teeth to grow in. We opted to go outside the practice and look for a second opinion, which is how we ended up talking to Win Harshaw. He and his team came up with a treatment plan, executed it to perfection, and was able to save my kids teeth. It may not seem like a big deal, but when your child is still learning how to talk, its huge! Weve eventually switched all our kids over and have been very happy ever since.

After reading all the reviews and seeing that they have evening appointments I was excited to schedule my daughters first dentist appointment. However they told me that they only see the little kids in the mornings. For people who work full time, late afternoon and evening appointments work better. Ive never heard of a doctors office that schedules appointments based on the patients age.

This practice is very well run. We rarely have to wait for our appointments. The entire staff team -- from the 3 dentists, to the hygienists, to the office staff -- they are all professional and warm. We one child with special needs, and they are so compassionate with him. Highly recommend!

My son had a toothache about which I called Friday evening. The office called me back and I was able to have my son seen by Dr. Harshaw Sr. the following Monday afternoon. It turned out to be just a loose tooth taking its time to come out. Dr H did not even charge us for the visit.

My 6 year old had an appointment this morning because he lost a tooth, and they were very accommodating and help us to make the right decision for his tooth replacement. They also service our 8 yr child with disabilities and they are wonderful with him. I love this practice.

My kids have been going there for almost 20 years. The dentists are great, the office staff is great! They have provided great care for my kids through the years (including in emergency situations). It is a clean, well run office. I highly recommend them.

Love this place! They are so warm and caring and are great with kids. I was concerned when my son needed an extraction and it went so well he asks to have the rest of his baby teeth pulled out instead of letting them fall out.
