I have suffered with debilitating migraine headaches for years, and have tried numerous options and techniques to relieve and lessen the severity of them. As you can guess, nothing seemed to help or relieve the pain and other side effects of the headaches. But then I was recommended to "Dr. Bill" Muscara, who I can not be more grateful to, nor can I put into words how life saving his abilities are. I have had abundantly less headaches and I am now able to enjoy daily activities that were not doable in the past due to being so limited with the headaches. I am beyond grateful for his knowledge and ability to help me do the things I love to do PAIN FREE!!! An added bonus is his staff who are always willing to help in any way and always make you feel welcomed with friendly greetings even when I wasnt feeling my best. This is just an all-around great office!!!!!

Dr. Bill is great NOT just a whack-em crack em type of Chiropractor He is very holistic in his approach to getting you on the road to recovery using many different methods..... He does not try to get you to come to him 4 times a week for 5 months to bleed you for your life savings- like many of these guys do. He told me if I cant get you relief in 4 weeks, I would be surprised. I tried the 4 weeks give or take, got some good results, however ended up having to follow up with a specialists in center city my jaw and facial pain was very atypical. Long story short, even after I have gone and ended up getting Botox injections to block pain receptors, which by the way is amazing, I still go to Dr. Bill from time to time. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, professional......been around since 1986. Must be doing something right

I had been skeptical of chiropractic care even after meeting my husband, who, as a rugby player, made easy friends with chiropractors. But Dr. Bill completely changed my perspective. He is educated at Palmer and brings his vast medical knowledge to bear as he treats each patients unique needs. I woke up a week or two ago not able to tilt my head to the left (acute torticollis) and he fixed me up within a few days. Even though I was in a lot of pain, I was able to trust him completely to make the necessary adjustments and expedite the healing process. Not only that, he helped me identify what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Thank you Dr. Bill!

For a first time client I really appreciated the pleasant, casual atmosphere and that they could fit me in the day I called with some upper back pain. Dr. Bill is a nice guy, certainly passionate about his craft and took time to explain some of the nuances of chiropractic care and their benefits to long term health. He also taught me some exercises to strengthen the muscles around the area I had issues with. I definitely recommend this practice and will be returning in the future. Its worth noting they dont accept credit cards but I assume this is pretty typical.

Great.... This is a casual atmosphere unlike many doctors offices in the Northeast. Muscara is great he explains things and is very passionate abotu what he does. Weird hours but good for gettign in after work.
