This place extremely unprofessional. The doctor strikes me as a quack, and, like many in private practice, probably most concerned with farming patrons for every dollar he can squeeze out of their insurance. The office staff, many of whom appear hardly 25 years old, are rude, condescending and not very knowledgeable. If you go to this place, you can expect long wait times and very poor customer service. If you are a returning customer to this place, I would suggest having your eyes -- and your head -- examined somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!! Both the doctor (super weird guy) and staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. The office is small, dated and dirty. They do your exams in the middle of it all. Zero privacy! On top of all that, its been 3 weeks and Im still waiting for my glasses!

I had a great experience at Dr Michels office. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they really made me feel at ease. Dr Michels is a really funny guy!
