I bought contacts from this place and had a bad batch. The left monthly contact would rip in just a few days each time Id put a new one on. Dr Walker himself seemed to not want to help! His attitude was out of control when this issue was brought to his attention by his employee. And no better when my boyfriend tried to get a better explanation. He finally calmed down and decided to order me trial lenses for my left eye... The contacts breaking arent his fault but the way he dealt with it was a disaster! Ordering us to leave his establishment! I dont know why I decided to get glasses after this crazy encounter... But of course I thought maybe it was a bad day and his services were defaulted because of it. I went to pick up my glasses today and of course another problem, why didnt I see this coming?! Oh yea cause Im nearly blind.... Well I cant see through my glasses. I told the employee this and she says I need some time to get used to it. I surely hope so! I paid for these things! I just know these arent a good prescription. Ive worn glasses before and Ive never encountered a time I almost missed a step cause I couldnt see it! I could hardly get into my front door cause I missed the door knob on my way in! Just everything went wrong! I cant say Ill be going back to this place after this situation is resolved.

Dr. Walker is great! Hes very smart and will fully explain to you what is going on with your eye health. The staff is very helpful with a great attitude. Diane is just as great as Dr. Walker and will fix any problem that may come about. She puts all her effort into fixing any problems that you have. She is the perfect person to help you pick out glasses that our stylish and affordable. Ashley at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. She also, will do anything in her power to fix any problems. My experience here was perfect and came out knowing/understanding much more about my eyes. All my questions were answered and I was more than taken care of. If your looking for a great eye doctor, who is experienced, has a therapeutic license; which means he can take care of glaucoma, pink eye, etc., and is a family friendly office, this office is the one to come to! Thank you Eye Site!

Great place to be! Exactly how a business should be run. While on vacation w/ family members, my frames were damaged. The day we got back home "EyeSite" was the only place that took us in at the last minute. Staff was friendly & efficient, Doctor Nathan explained everything answering all our questions and Diane went through every single pair of frames to get something stylish that would fit my budget. Well deserved 5 star review and would recommend anyone in the Delaware County Area to visit them! Thanks again guys!
