Incompetent staff and doctor performed medical services I did not consent to then fraudulently billed my medical insurance instead of vision insurance, then said I was responsible for the balance. The secretary couldnt what anything on my bill was for and had no idea what each code was for. They also decided to bill me for services 10 months after being seen for a visit. Completely incompetent and worst experience ever. Will be filing a complaint with Board of Optometry and possibly legal action soon.

Dr Major is a phenomenaL physician. She shows compassion, patience and care. She provides pertinent information to ensure you clearly understand how to protect your eyes. This facility has state of the art equipment!,, results are shared visually during your visit. I came to Dr Majors office for a follow up appointment after experiencing a horrific eye exam at The Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia.. Her Care, her knowledge. her solutions... Outstanding .. I had a great experience at Dr. Majors office. Both she and her assistant were very knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. I really liked that Dr. Major explained every part of the exam to me and gave me the tools to improve some my bad vision habits. I could really tell that she loves what she does and that she is very good at it. Also, if I may add, the selection of eyeglasses at the office was phenomenal! So excited to get my new frames!

great experience !!! wonderful staff! I was greeted with a smile, and left with a smile! very informative and helpful! they helped me get my right prescription of glasses and we have a plan for my eyes now ! very happy I found Dr. Major and staff!! HIGHLY RECOMMNED :)

I highly recommend Dr. Major because of my experience. Her knowledge and the manner in which she shared the results of my exam surpassed any eye exam that I can recall over the forty years that I have been wearing glasses. Her office is accessible and comfortable.

Dr. Major is a pro, but remembers to treat each patient as an individual. Thats so often lacking in the world today. She listens and explains - both critical tools to an effective patient/doctor relationship, but one which is sorely lacking in todays society.

Dr. Major was the best eye doctor I have visited. She was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. She also specializes in gas permeable contacts, which is my preference. If you are looking for an eye doctor, I recommend Dr. Major!

Dr. Major was excellent with my 4 year old when she had her first eye exam. The office is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The weekend hours are very convenient for busy families.
