1st time there spent 4 hours in waiting room after sticking it out that long and calling out of work I was told the Dr. I was seeing had Changed his clinic hours to starting 430 my appointment was 930am I said ok Ill stick it out til then crazy but I needed to see someone that day. After 430 I was seen no apologies where given. The 2d time I scheduled an appointment I received the reminder call stating be there at 130 pm I was on my way to my appointment I was 2 min late it was 132. The office called me and asked if I was coming I said yes Im at the end of ur drive I will be there in 1 minute she said ok I dont think we can see you we are running behind. I said Ill be inside in a minute. I came inside not one person or recording had stated what suit number the Dr was in 3 doors between 2 floors elevator not working. I go in closest suit wait in line 4 minutes asked if I was in right place, she said no today the dr. is upstairs I go upstairs 2 more doors, I wait in another office they say oh no we are on lunch. I asume that means its the other door I leave go next door. No line I get up to window its 140. The women says we cant see u because the Dr is done for the day. I explained what just happened and that no one made me aware of the suit number and the office staff responded to me with 2 women telling me I was 40 mins late that I should have been there 30 mins prior my appointment time. I responded saying this was the first time I had heard of this and why had no one notified me of that when making the appointment or just when I was on the phone. She responded well we never know what suit the dr. Will be in till that time of day and also that the automatic system should have said arrive 30 mins earlier. I played the voicemail for this staff member she said well Ill look into the records to see if you where told another time. No apologies again. I said I will not be rescheduling this appointment. I left.

Horrible staff....Had an appointment scheduled for January 5th and was told by email and phone call that due to unforeseen scheduling they would have to cancel the appointment and advised me to call and rescheduled (not a problem, things certainly happens)....however on Thursday, January 7th I received an email from their automated system that I missed the rescheduled appointment of January 4th, so my argument is how can they choose a date without confirming it without the patient? so speaking to one of the staff, we were going back and forth about it and it cant be both ways, you cant tell me its cancel and reschedule putting the responsibility on the patient and then have the automated system call and pick a day for me without confirming it, then on top of it Im getting attitude from this person????? two things - I will make sure Im not charged and my arm could be falling off - I refuse to go to such an unprofessional place for treatment.

Hubby had an extremely horrible first visit at the East Burg location. He was made to wait over an hour and a half past appointment time, still was not called in to see the doctor, and when he asked if this wait time is typical, was brushed off snidely with the response, "Dr. Williams is a busy man". He did not set aside hours of his day (and he should not have to!) for what should have taken an hour tops, and was looked at like he was a monster for deciding to leave. If the Dr is that busy, why overschedule him? The funny thing is the original appt was rescheduled bc they had overbooked him. If he was told todays wait was not typical, he would have waited longer, but given no reassurance other than "hes a busy man", why would he stay? This is not a way to run a business, no apologies for horrible customer service. Very bad first impression. Now off to find another practice that will hopefully respect their patients time better.

Worst appointment Ive ever been to. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dr for my back issues. Waited over an hour for the dr to see me for five minutes. Didnt order a new MRI, which he should have since its been over a year since my last one. Poked my back, asked what my other dr said and told me "well just go with that then." Wanted to do joint injections even though I had just said they didnt work. Laughed at me when I asked about sedation for the procedure and referred me to pain management. Also, prescribed me Celebrex, which could have killed me since Im allergic to some of the ingredients. I did tell the MA this aft the beginning of my appt. Go to coordinated health, much better experience!

Worst experience i have ever had through them. Went in with lower back pain, went for the mri wound up being a herniated disk in my lower back pushing on my nerves. I paid over 200 dollars in copays for the doctor to just refer me to a different doctor, and he said there isnt anything he can give me for pain. Its been a week and i havent slept but still nothing to help my with pain. They are usually good every other time i went their but this time was ridiculous with the lack of help them gave me.

Dr. Cibishino and Dr. Barnes have both treated me and performed surgery on me and I am extremely happy with the results. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful,and they have always worked with me in a professional manner. In addition they have a physical therapists and facilities to help in your recovery process and that is an invaluable asset to help during the recovery and rehabilitation after surgery. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need an orthopedic specialist.

I had a very good experience here. I found the staff friendly and quite helpful. Dr Camponovo was grreat. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. He took his time to explain everything to me. When the time came for my shot he new how nervours I was and eased my fears. The nurse with him stayed the whole time and she too took anway any fears I had about PAIN. I will definately returen should the need arise

We have used Mountain Valley Orthopedics for many years and they just keep getting better! Their Doctors are excellent. The care we received for ankles, knees and feet (many visits) was superlative. The fact that they can take care of everything on site (X-rays, MRI, PT etc) is so convenient. We are very lucky to have a place like this in our backyard. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

Was referred there by Family Doc would not recommend anyone to go.wife was in pain for days Dr gave her a wrist brace said it was billed to ins. For$ 180.00 we had to pay 10% however this device actually costs $19.00 then we went to CVS to get script and Doctor never called in the meds left messages on voicemail no one returned call avoid this place they are bogus
