I am so unhappy with the services and the attitude that Ive received at the Vet office. First of all, in general, I think they are overpriced compared to other Vet offices. They attitude that Ive received from the multiple staff is unappreciated. I was looking to get a rabies shot for my dog which was due after 3 years. The time between her last examination and her other round of shots was only 6 months. I was not looking to pay another 50 some dollars because the timing of shots was off. I think im most upset at the lack of communication. I wrote my parents a note that I only wanted a rabies shot and not another examination (since we were just there last spring). Instead of informing my parents that they had to do an examination, they nodded and continued with the services and did not even bother to let them know that they would charge for the exam until it was all said and done. When i called and spoke with the manager about my experience, they were not understanding at all and added additional frustration to an already frustrating experience. Very unhappy and will not be returning again.

Horrible! Ive received terrible attitude from front desk. I hate calling there on Saturdays because she always picks up the phone and is being absolutely nasty. She absolutely hates her job and I dont think person with such temper should be allowed to work with animals. Ive been to the office and have seen how nasty she gets on the phone when she talks, she rolls her eyes whenever you asked questions. Once she overcharged me when I asked her why she rolled her eyes and gave me terrible attitude still couldnt explain to me why she overcharged, I got so frustrated by her that I walked away without resolving this. Unfortunately I paid cash so I couldnt even dispute this. Their doctors are good, but this one person makes me wanna switch offices. Today was the last drop. She got so nasty when setting up my appointment, I am on a look out for a new office I am a customer and she needs to learn what the customer service is about. Unprofessional and rude!

I brought my 8 year Bobtail cat Shadow for CARE because he wasnt eating, drinking water for several days also was not going in the litter box.. I went to a VET in Warminster and they told me he should see someone else because it may be Urinary blockage of some sort, anyway they gave me pain meds and a pill that makes his bladder contract. I took him to World of Animals the next day becaue he was still in pain not eating drinking, etc.. The Staff there is Phenominal! You can just tell they really CARE! They took his bloodwork and gave him some fluids. They called me back within 2 hours with results and then again the next day to check up on him.. I will be going back there now for Shadows care. They were a BLESSING to me and of course Shadow. He started eating and drinking again that night and using the litter.. I thank them and SHADOW thanks them.

Would not recommend this clinic ever again. A friend of mine told me she had a bad experience there. She was so shook up she asked me to write this review. She has a small dog. She was sitting in the waiting room along with another lady who had a cat. In walked a guy with 2 pit bulls. The guy proceeded to walk the pit bulls around, what is a very small office, and intentionally allowed them to get aggressive toward the ladys cat and my girlfriends dog. He kept it up till my friends dog urinated on her he was so scared. The clinic office help saw what was going on and did nothing about it. My friend finally said something to the guy and he told her to go F herself. She left. She will never go back to this place and will tell everyone of how this activity was allowed to take place.

Absolutely awful!!!! The vet techs are very friendly but the front desk woman is horrible. I dropped my two dogs off for a week-long stay and for one of them, they didnt give her medication until the last day, even though they had highlighted it on the sheet and both the front desk woman and the vet tech heard the special medication instructions. To make matters worse, when I picked them up, one of my dogs had a terrible rash all over her belly and body and the other one was covered in scabs from scratches (from god only knows what!). I will never board here again and if you care about your pets, dont leave them here either! If you board at a vets office, you expect better care and I was incredibly disappointed! If it was possible, I would have rated zero stars!!!!

This facility goes above and beyond for their patients and their owners. When we brought a stray that was in bad shape to their facility two years ago, they helped nurse her back to health and didnt charge use any more than the cost of the dewormer medicine (since we werent sure we could keep her at that point). Theyre a veterinarian that truly cares on a human level about all of their patients. They were beyond wonderful when that two year old cat fell ill, and kept calling daily to get updates on her progress. Unfortunately she had to leave this world, but I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion I encountered while having world of animals as my veterinarian. Ill never go anywhere else for veterinary care.

Ive had a several pets over the years - dogs and cats - and one thing Ive learnt is that quality medical care is totally worth paying for. These guys are a great veterinary hospital, the staff are friendly and professional and you can see they really care about your pets. Dont just take my word for it, speak to one of their doctors yourself! Dr. K is the absolute best, she cares for our pets as if they were her own.

Great experience. Another vet told me to immediately take my 14 yr old Shih Tzu to some Emergency Vet in Levittown for "a $800-$1000 ultrasound or get ready to have a conversation at euthanasia." Instead I came here. Blood work, Antibiotics and reasonable fees. A couple days later my baby was back to normal. The vet here is awesome.

Absolutely wonderful practice. They are always very caring and compassionate with my lab/hound mix Remington and my cat Maryilan. They are always friendly and straight forward with me on pricing and treatments that they need. I will continue to use them for my pets needs and recommend they to all pet lovers.

I have never had an issue with service. My bulldog has many medical issues and when ever I call I get right in with great quality care. This is the third vet office I have switched to in 9 years of owning my dog and is by far the fairest in price, quality of service and friendly.

I would recommend World of Animals for your pets. I have taken my dogs to them in the past and currently my daughter takes her dog and cat and I know several other people who have taken their pets. They actually care about your pets not just looking to rack up a bill.

Horrible! They are just looking for a payday. Took my dog for a rash they told me we dont know what it is and charged me over $200 and told me if its still there in a couple weeks come back! Never coming back here again!
