Ive been to Dr. Rich several times for the family and myself. However, today our 6 year old had to have 4 cavities filled. First of all, when I was her age, I had 4 cavities to be filled too and it was such an awful experience. The dentist didn’t tell me anything just did all this scary stuff to me. However, Dr. Rich is absolutely amazing and the exact opposite of my early childhood experience. He showed my daughter exactly what he was going to do and also exactly anything he was going to put in her mouth. He demonstrated what the drill would do and showed her every single thing that was going to be a part of it in great detail. The explanations were longer than the procedures. She was nervous and a little fearful before going in and after he started with her, she was totally calm. He’s not only the best dentist I’ve ever been to, but also the best person I’ve ever dealt with in all the medical community. He really enjoys his work and he seems to really do an amazing job with kids. Couldn’t be any more pleased. There are two other assistants that work with him and I have had good experiences with them as well. I rarely rate anyone on anything but I was so impressed with how he was with our daughter I decided to come right home and do it.

Dr. Heacox ALWAYS says what hes going to do, BEFORE he does anything. In addition, he is very gentle. I have had hack dentists in the past and Dr. Heacox is NO hack. My family has been very happy with his service over the past 15 years and I recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. - Glynnis Stone-Tihansky
