I have been a patient for close to 15 years, my wife had recommended Dr. Spinard and her family had been patients of hers for years before we met. I have recommended many friends and family to see her as well. She was always helpful and I felt better after every visit. Today my wife went to her scheduled appointment and the receptionist scolded her when she walked through the door, saying "your appointment was yesterday and i already sent you a bill!" my wife is in extreme pain and needed to see Dr. Spinard. She was denied her appointment and rudely sent on her way. I made the appointment for her on monday and I definitely know it was for today, wednesday the 8th, My wife even posted the comment below to her face book. Notice the time stamp. When I called the receptionist (Donna) was rude to me as well and even hung up on me saying it is not like her top make a mistake. Well that ends my relationship with Shohola Chiropractic. Hope it helps, but I am scared,,, ugh... This is on facebook for the record......... Yes Donna, you were wrong and cost your employer two clients and possibly more!

My family has been using the services of Dr. Lorraine Spinard for twenty-nine years. Any infections, injuries or mysterious ailments have been dealt with quickly and easily. We feel absolutely blessed to have this intelligent caring professional right down the road. It is not easy to find good care in a rural area; thanks, Dr. Spinard! Her assistants, Donna and Peggy do a great job, juggling her schedule and getting us in for visits. Excellent medical care, great advice and effective remedies, all at a more than reasonable cost.

Yes the receptionist is rough around the edges but Dr. Spinnard is awesome and worth it.
