Exceeded Expectations ! I was putting off visiting a dentist but an old filling broke and was causing me some discomfort. My old dentist retired and I was not impressed with the professionalism with the new dentist and team. I looked up alternatives and made an appointment with Dr Magdas office. From my initial phone call to my visit and the repairing of the filling, I was extremely happy. Front reception is very efficient and I did not have to wait at all. Josie took care of the x rays and initial consultation, Dr. Hoffman reviewed and prepared for the filling then Jean completed the job with a brand new filling. I was advised, every step of the way, of what to expect. They made me feel comfortable and I was at ease during the whole procedure. Jean followed up the next day with a phone call to see how I was doing. Dr. Magdas team are professional, courteous and efficient ..I could not ask for anything more !
