I love my sons pediatrician, but the receptionist and other front desk staff are seriously lacking people skills. Put me on hold for five minutes, then comes back on the line to tell me never mind the nurse actually isnt available. Why waste my time? Call because my kid has a rash at 11am, tell me to bring him in for 430. Excuse me? What happened to the plethora of sick appointments that was pitched to me when I interviewed them before my son was even born? I really and truly hate the front desk staff. Dr. Westrick is an awful doctor and person, but I do highly recommend Dr. Cummings! ** if you have a problem with any of the staff, the girls gang up on you & call you a liar. Management doesnt return phone calls to even find out what the problem was. Its the office staff against the parents, and it should never be that way.

I agree with the previous person, but the doctors and nurses are so wonderful that it was fine that the reception wasnt. BUT they must have realized this or the receptionist did and I was pleasantly surprised at my last visit to find they replaced her or she left and now its enjoyable all around. They have a lab and lung testing right on site too! I highly recommend, but hesitate too as they always get me in in a timely manner and I fear if everyone knew how great this wouldnt be so! :)

After coming home from college for the summer, chronically ill & still needing regular dr visits, I attempted to make an appointment with my old dr. The receptionists attitude toward me was appalling; she gave me a hard time about needing an appt and informed me that I "actually no long have a dr" there [bc Id been away at school], and proceeded to make some additional, unnecessary comments. This is not the first time; I am very disappointed and no longer seeking their services.

Doctor gillen is the nicest medical doctor in the universe and she does flu shots super fast . Also nurse Jackie and Ashley are very friendly a d I see Ashley every doctor visit I go to! But a rude fat nurse did my last HPV Shot she touched the cap with her mouth so I demanded a new nurse .she came back 10 minutes later with a new shot and band aid and a guaze so she dropped the guaze so my original pedi came in and did it

Seems like old bad receptionist is no longer in premises. Service was excellent at entrance there was a lady that helped with creating an online profile for my little one so that we could see the results of visit and testing, great doctor.

Ive taken both my children here their entire lives (14 & 11) and never had any issues with the staff or doctors. I am grateful that we have this level of pediatric care so close to us.
