Up until the last two years Concord Pediatrics was just fine. Then they started tacking on unauthorized additional fees onto the billing and refuse to remove the charges. Then they deleted my sons secondary insurance info from their system and billed me the remaining balance. I called their billing area and advised them his secondary was not cancelled and they said they would bill it correctly. What do I find in my mail box??? Another bill still showing they did not bill the secondary insurance. Writing a nasty letter back. Your billing department needs to be trained properly. I am completely fed up with Concord Pediatrics. Just changed my kids doctor to another office. So done with Concord pediatrics. Their office is a joke! Becky in billing is a total $#@:h. She interrupts you on the phone when you speak. Accuses you of yelling if you question their billing practices. Tells you you said they billed fraudulently when it was me telling them the response I received as to why my primary insurance originally rejected the charge. Then she goes as far as lying about what really happened to the office having a letter sent to tell me to be nicer to their office or they would terminate carr for my kids. Already found a new doctor the same day and it was the easiest transition ever. Good luck as I will be reporting you to my insurance companies. Your billing team has the most unprofessional billers I have ever seen. I work in insurance dealing with regulation and billing requirements. You should fire everyone and start from scratch. Hope Becky liked my last sign off to her since I will never be calling again.

apearson4 you are right, the office staff is horribly. They are not helpful in resolving problems. They blame the doctors for thier billing policies, do not inform the patients what the policy is, and do not allow you to talk to the doctors, they said to write a letter. I think next time I am sick I have to quize the doctor on builling policy. I have a simple problem, and yet they do not offer a solution and they are dragging this out longer than they need to. Obviously the office staff needs some customer training, instead of making us more mad work with us.

This is an excellent professional pediatric practice. All of the doctors, nurses and administrators really care about the patients. I could not be more pleased with the care my two children have received from this practice for the last fourteen years.
