This office is absolutely amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here. We went through way more pediatricians than anyone ever should and just continued to have bad luck. It was an exhausting experience looking for someone that understands and truly listens, so you can imagine the genuine sigh of relief and burden off our shoulders when we discovered Dr. Rugo and her staff. I feel like this place is a hidden gem and felt it was the least I could do to write a warm review for them. The staff here are incredibly respectful, listen carefully and offer wonderful, solid advice. They are personal and warm, and their holistic approach coincides with our family values. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially to those who are seeking MDs that think outside the [narrow] box.

I cant say enough about this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We wanted someplace that was more personable and holistic in its approach, and we got it. We even had an urgent issue with my daughter shortly after joining the practice and they got us in the same day!

We started by going to prenatal classes at the Babies In Common upstairs when we were pregnant, so naturally we went to Dr. Rugo when our son was born. Feels like home, also very professional and knowledgeable people.
