UPDATE: OK, so I was very frustrated when writing the review below. I am leaving it, because the experience is accurate and I am hoping that there will be resolution to these issues in the future. It is just 2 hours since my scheduled appointment, and subsequent review and I just received a phone call from Heidi with regard to my review. She was very apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. This kind of follow up is pretty much UNHEARD of these days, so I made new appointments for the kids, and I upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. Heres hoping this was just a glitch...an anomaly! Heidi was very VERY professional and supportive! Making, confirming appointments is a joke. 1st Appointment for my kids, I got 2 emails, and 2 text messages to confirm the appointments. I replied as instructed in the messages to confirm ALL 4 times. THEN got a phone call asking me if I intended on keeping the appointments. I explained that YES, and I had confirmed 4 different times that I would. "Oh. I didnt check that!" Ok. Had appointments for my 2 kids today. I showed up in Marlborough 15 minutes early. Waited in the hallway for 25 mins, then noticed a note taped to the door. Sorry we are not here on Tuesdays! Wait What? I looked at the 2 Email Messages and 2 text messages that I replied to stating YES I was going to make the appointments! NONE of them indicated that the appointments were switched to Framingham. In fact, one email states Marlborough is open on Tuesdays 8am to 5pm! I called and spoke with the desk person. I said, "I have appointments for my children. Just saw your sign stating that the office is closed. What is going on?" She replied, "Oh yeah we are not open in Marlborough on Tuesdays!" And yet, I made the appointment for Marlborough, and ALL FOUR confirmations were for Marlborough! What the heck!

Very friendly staff, right from when you walk in the door. The ladies up front were very pleasant. The dental staff does a great job with my 2 kids (under 6 yrs old). They have no problem going to the dentist because they like this place so much. They have good strategies for working with young kids. (And since theyve told my kids about the "sugar bugs" that get in your mouth if you eat too many sweets, they never miss out on brushing their teeth, especially before bed)

Amazing staff!! Second visit for my 4 and 2 year old and it was as good as their first. I highly recommend The Pediatric Dental Group Marlborough :) Thier approach at cleaning and making my kids feel comfortable is fantastic. I love the openess where they do cleanings and being able to get my girls back to back appointments has been easy. The waiting area is nice and clean and keeps the kids busy so a definite plus! Thank you again!

We had another great appointment at this practice. The staff here are fantastic. Each staff member our children have seen have been wonderful. They are patient and kind, letting the kids get comfortable rather than rushing through the appointment. Its very apparent they care about their patients and want to provide with with the best experience possible.

Janna and Donna tried so hard to be accommodating to my boy who was crying. They were also very fast once he calmed down. Even the receptionist came out and choose a movie on Netflix while we were waiting. I strongly recommend them and will be back.

I have been bringing my two sons here for over a year and I love how the office looks nice and clean. The girls are super friendly with my kids and my kids always look forward to the next visit. I just really wish there was Fridays available.
