She was a great doctor at first. Been with my daughter since birth. She is very opinionated and rude and so is her office manager and nurses. The only nice person there is her receptionist. They do not have good people skills. I have switched after two years because of her rude comments. She always gets upset if I go to urgent care. Her exact words were"all my other patients call". I told her I didnt call cause they were closed and I was concerned and just went, then she just got mouthy. Lets just say there are plenty of other pedis that will respect your choice as a parent, which she doesnt. Long story short dont go here if you want respect. There also very slow too. Good luck!!

I went to ashenberg as a child and she was always opinoinated and didnt want to put me on birth control when i turned 15 because "i was too young for birth control" she also refused to diagnose my younger brother with adhd because he was diagnosed with autism first. So we went to a psychologist and a couselor and he is now officially diagnosed. She cause alot of trouble for me and my family that we didnt want to go through. All because it was her opinion that l i was too young and matt was autistic and it was apart of it

Dr Ashenberg was my pediatrician until my daughter was four and my son was one. That was when we moved from. Massachusetts. Boy did we miss her. She was conscientious, caring, and an all around excellent pediatrician. My kids are 16 and 19 now and I have very fond memories of the Doctor who showed show much compassion for a crazy first time mother. My kids were lucky to have her for the short time they did.
