My 23 year old daughter went here and came away with FIFTEEN teeth that needed fillings, multiple surfaces, of which half were preventative fillings. Total BS. When she first came home after x-rays she said they told her she had eight fillings she needed doing. Next thing I know its 15 and multi surface. Then to top it off, whilst Ive been fighting for copies of the X-rays they charge me 13 % late payment for being 30 days past due. $2,622.65 for fifteen fillings. I had $685 left to pay and they tacked on $88 for a 30 day late fee. Do not fall for this preventive crap. If you are getting regular cleanings and x-rays every two years you dont need them. Do a quick Google search and read up about it.

Almost impossible to get proper accounting from this dental office. For over a month I have been trying to get a receipt for a copayment for services provided to my wife and all they produced was a printed bill with a HANDWRITTEN note stating the copayment amount. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable by the insurance company. Not the first time we had issues with their accounting and billing practices.

I came to this office for a root canal. The dental assistant brought me back on time. Due to being seen for an emergency at a different office prior, the front desk staff called and got a copy of my xray right away. The procedure I had done was explained to me and Dr. Riar answered all the questions I had. I left feeling at ease and confident in the next steps needed. I would recommend this office to anyone!
