DO NOT GO TO APEX DENTAL IN NORTHBOROUGH! THEY HAVE EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT RESOLVING PATIENT COMPLAINTS! I am beyond outraged with Apex dental and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Honest and upfront billing and financial practices is one of the biggest factors in me choosing ANY place I do business with. I did my due diligence before scheduling a routine appointment and called to make sure that the only routine things I was doing was 100% covered under my insurance. They assured me they called my insurance and I was going to have $0 out of pocket costs for the xray, cleaning, and exam. When I got there for my appointment I asked again during my appointment- they stepped out came back in about 10 mins later and said they called and the exam xray and cleaning was 100% covered . Fast forward 2 months later and I get a bill for about $150 for cost of services NOT covered! I thought it was a mistake so I called - the manager isnt at work that day but they assure me she will be in the next day and call me. For 3 months I have called 4 times and every time the manager isnt available or at work that day but she will call me. I call today and am very persistent for information explaining my situation again and I am told they dont have my account anymore because they SENT IT TO A COLLECTIONS COMPANY!!!! Are you kidding me!?! They are liars, dont care to even attempt to call patients to address the issues at hand, and when they make terrible billing mistakes that you arent paying they send your account to collections! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS ON SO MANY LEVELS! No return call ever, no accountability taken for their mistake, and my account sent to collections- ruining my credit when my husband and I are trying to buy a house for our growing family. Today again I was told that the manager Donna wasnt going to be in the office until Monday but she would definitely call me. The doctor has always been too busy to acknowledge my calls or complaints either. This is a terrible way to conduct business all around and I urge you all to BEWARE! Do not believe them when they assure you anything is 100% covered because they will lie right to your face and send you a bill. They will never address your attempt to resolve the issue. And they will ruin your credit and send your unpaid bill to a collections company. DISGUSTING!

The office is neat and very clean the staff is super friendly, the girls in the front desk always have a smile on their face and they always look very professional. I was also greeted by Donna the office manager. No manager has ever greeted me. This is a professional office and they use the best products. I got a tour of the office and I saw that all the equipment and technology was very high quality. Dr Gauthier is defenitly the most professional dentist in this area. I have been trying to find a dentist that made me feel comfortable and that was friendly and I could never find anyone, the ones I went to always gave me a reason to not go back. Going to Apex was one of the best choices I made. At Apex dental I felt that I was so comfortable. Now Im looking forward to go back. I have never written a review for a dental office so this office was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this office for everyone, specially those with horrible past experiences. Thank you Apex Dental.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They do mediocre work at best. I had a crown put in literally sideways! And even worse than that, they constantly try to tack on extra charges. They tell you something is covered by your ins as preventive and there will be no charge to you..low and behold they charge you for it.Thats if they even bill your Ins. we were double insured and they claimed they would look into why the other Ins. wasnt applied. Guess what, of course they didnt. And dont bother trying to set up payments as they will take your money and say they didt even though your bank statement says they did. Oh and how could I forget, if you miss an appt. even if you cancel within their minimum time requirements they WILL charge you $350.00!!!!! Seriously! DO NOT GO HERE Good Luck Apex, hopefully this saves some poor unsuspecting people from you!

Ive been having major dental procedures for decades. Ive gone to many different dentists over the years. Dr. Gauthier is THE BEST dentist Ive ever been to. He is a compassionate person yet very professional~he is up to date on the latest procedures. Ive been going to him for years now, ever since he started in Northboro, and he has taken excellent care of me, my husband, and kids. You can trust his expertise and fair prices. His office has been remodeled but dont let the fancy facade let you think there isnt a human touch, his staff is caring and friendly too.

As always, Dr. Gauthier and his team did a fantastic job! This time it was to replace an old filling... this experience, and every one before it, has been flawless. From regular thorough cleanings, to complicated and extensive cosmetic repair, all was done perfectly, with as little pain as I could imagine. I am actually happy to go to the dentist for whatever needs to be done, because I know I am in expert caring hands. They are simply the BEST. Thank you Apex Dental :)

Office is sneaky and slimey. They charge for broken appts under the pretense of a deductible on preventative services, which is NEVER the case... And do this to unsuspecting patients who dont understand insurance billing. Unfortunately, Donna made the mistake of doing this practice with the wrong patient and family. I dont recommend this office, AT ALL! Dr. Gauthier may be a great dentist, but he has no balls having staff who treats patients such as this

I am a new patient to Apex Dental, and i have always had a profound fear of the Dentist. Once i found out i needed to have a root canal, i was extremely scared, but the Doctors at Apex Dental walked me through everything. The Doctor was gentle and constantly making sure I was comfortable. Half way through the procedure I was falling asleep. I left there feeling very happy with the outcome. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go here!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ks for the last two years and have been impressed with APEX Dental and all of their staff. I want to express my appreciation specifically to Anny and Jen who have always been so accommodating to me. I am very particular about cleanliness especially of the dental environment and they have always made me feel reassured. They are always happy to answer any of my questions and I feel confident in the care that I have received.
