I have visited Dr. Ghalys office twice now. I switched to his practice (on the recommendation of a good friend who had been going to him for years) as I had been looking for a Dentist closer to home. The staff is personable, respectful, professional and competent. I received an excellent cleaning and am, at the time of writing in the midst of my first invasive procedure - an emergency crown - which has been relatively painless given the nature of the procedure. Dr. Ghaly is himself personable and - by my experience thus far - excellent at what he does. Of particular appeal for me was: - the setting - a tastefully restored older house in a quasi - residential area in the center of Westborough - 5 mins from Route 9 - the environment - no TVs blaring at you from every corner of the office (as had been my experience at another office) - the approach. No heavy sales pitch regarding all of the procedures that you may or may not need to have done - whitening, replacement fillings, other? - although all of these services are available and excellent counsel is given regarding the status of ones teeth.

Great, friendly, and welcoming environment! I recently switched over from a dentist office that Ive been going to for 12 years. After my first experience, I couldnt believe that I walked out of the office with an enjoyable dentist visit. The office personnel warmly greeted me, knew my name, and were very conversational. My consultation with Dr. Ghaly was very professional and informative. This is a doctor that actually knows what hes talking about and was very patient with my many questions. Lastly, Trista the hygienist was mindblowingly gentle with the cleaning. I always thought my gums had to scream for mercy for it to be a true "visit to the dentist". When she was finished, I was in shock. Not only was she merciful, but she had me flaunting my smooth teeth all the way home. Overall, a phenomenal experience!

Dr. Ghaly, has been our dentist now for the last 4 years, I started as a patient with the practice when they were located in Chelmsford. It was easy and convenient. When they moved to Westborough a few years ago we kept Dr. Ghaly as our dentist. Chelmsford had no shortage of dentists in the area, we could have easily switch, but we, my family and i really liked Dr. Ghaly and Lily. Everyone there is always friendly and kind. I appreciate that the staff is able to work with me and my schedule, my kids like going there (even my son who had all wisdom teeth extracted) . Really I could keep writing but there is a reason I drive 25 miles out of my way for a cleaning. They are just nice people. 5 stars !!!

My daughter just got her braces off at the orthodontist. We knew that she would need some bonding on her peg laterals as we discussed with Dr Ghaly a couple of years ago. The braces came off on a Thursday and my daughter was scheduled to see Dr. Ghaly on the following Tuesday. He completed the bonding on both teeth in about 1 hour. They came out so beautiful! Dr. Ghaly is an artist! My daughter is so happy. Moreover, when we went to see the ortho office after the bonding for her retainer, her orthodontist was equally impressed with his handiwork. Thanks Dr. Ghaly!

I am a new patient to Ghaly DDS (within the past year) and have had nothing but professional, courteous service. The cleaning was one of the best Ive had and they were incredibly flexible in meeting my schedule. Additionally, they send friendly reminders for follow-up appointments that have been extremely helpful for me. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable and who has a great, clean office space with all of the latest technologies.

Dr. Ghaly and all his staff members were incredibly kind and courteous to me at my last visit. I was nervous about getting some work done (dentist jitters), and they were so professional and so calming, I cant wait to go again! On top of that, Dr. Ghaly was so warm and friendly. Dr. Ghaly and his staff offer an outstanding dental experience, from the staff at the front desk, to the dental hygienists and Dr. Ghaly. They are friendly, personable and professional. Dr. Ghaly offers a wide variety of current dental procedures and is very accommodating when emergency visits are needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaly for anyone looking for a dentist.
