My wife and I have been patients of Dr. McMasters for over seven years. Every experience has been thoroughly professional and gracefully administered. Dr. McMasters staff is courteous, attentive, and very competent. My most recent visit was on an emergency basis as I broke a tooth that required a crown. The process from getting the emergency appointment, the temporary crown, and ultimately the permanent crown was exceptional. Dr. McMaster very efficiently went through the whole process with a terrific demeanor, assured my comfort, expertly managed the pain, and provided a top notch result. As this was my ninth crown (2nd with his practice), I have many points of comparison for how effective and talented Dr. McMasters conducts his profession. I highly recommend his practice from routine dental hygiene to more serious procedures like I have experienced. Great Job to all involved and thank you for a great result, pain free experience, and for being such nice people!

From the minute you enter the practice you feel welcomed. Eileen, the receptionist greets you as a cherished friend. She remembers details from your last visit and conversation and asks specifics about your life. The atmosphere is professional yet warm. The office is clean, has plenty of reading materials and comfy chairs while you wait. Dr. McMaster welcomes you in a warm manner. He explains everything he is doing or about to do which puts you at ease. He is gentle and throughout. He explains everything clearly and never rushes. His shots dont hurt! The same is true for the great hygentist and Dr. McMasters assistant. The staff never changes which tells me they are happy, valued and taken care of. My family has been going to this practice for ten years. All of us have had wonderful experiences. I highly recommend Dr. McMasters practice. Once you are there you will never leave.

This is a top-notch dental office - everyone you come in contact with from the time you make your appt until you see Dr. McMaster are professional, friendly and caring. I have been seeing Dr. McMaster for over 10 years. Dr. McMaster is very knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He explains things in a very clear and friendly manner. From my experience, he looks out for the patient and is not looking to do unnecessary procedures. His office is outstanding and really feels like a family practice. From Dr. McMaster himself to his hygenists and assistants and Eileen (who seemingly manages everything else!), everyone is first class. I cant say enough about the high quality of care and customer service I receive at this office.

I used another dentist for many years but left after I had a problem he couldnt seem to fix after several unsuccessful tries. Dr. McMaster not only fixed the problem the first time, but I cant even find the repaired area with my tongue! I have found both he and his hygienist to be very personable and efficient in all my dealings with them and recommend them highly if you are considering a new dentist.
