I have been here since the inception of this practise when Dr. Hallisey was the only Dentist here. It is now 54 YEARS LATER and I have LOVED EVERY DENTIST since. They are kind, compassionate, professional but most of all they ARE FABULOUS DENTISTS!!!! I have never been disappointed with their effort to FIX any problem my teeth have presented to them. I adore my Hygenist who has been there close to 30 years. It says a lot about their employees too, to work at the same practise for all those years. JUST A GREAT PLACE WITH GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

It goes without saying that my experiences at Southborough Dental Associates over the past few years have been seamless. Dr. Karen Madruga exercises patience and communicated my treatment needs in a way I could I understand. Taking into account my poor experiences at another office, I wasnt sure what to expect. At no time did she ever approach me with a pre determined plan but implemented one specific to my needs and comfort level. Her support staff are always warm and welcoming.

My recent experience at Southborough Dental was as it has been since my first visit many years ago, excellent ! The concern shown by all from the receptionist, to the assistants, to the dentists regarding the patients is at a very high level. May I also mention that Karen L. Madruga, D.M.D. is the one that I have 100% faith in her knowledge and respect for me as her long time patient.

I have been going to Southborough Dental for a couple of years now and I find it wonderful. I have Dr. Karen Madruga and she is excellent. She is pleasant and knows her stuff. She works with you to get the best possible result. I have had her do a root canal and it worked out wonderful. Dr. Madruga and her assistant are great and I would highly recommend this practice.

Terrible job on fillings and root canal and not clean, had 3 fillings done at different time by Andrew P. Zaterka all fell out within 6 months and a root canal that got infected after 5 months. They are also not very clean, dont use plastic wrap on the light handles. Im done using southborough dental, was close and connivance but they sux and not very clean

Friendly and personable staff. Convenient location with lots of free parking. Clean waiting area with local current newspaper. Professional staff are just that, extremely professional. Back room personnel were timely in billing process and made booking my next appointment easy to do and easy to accommodate my scheduling needs. Overall, excellent experience.

Great cleaning, great basics. Dr Z is very nice and even though Im an adult, he was patient when I was afraid of getting a shot. I have had fillings and one cap--all went perfectly. They are also excellent with my daughter, who is also a big chicken. Hygenists there are fantastic. A modern, clean office. Wish they offered more cosmetic work.

Great dental center. Have been a patient for at least 20 years. Whether a 6 month cleaning/exam or a surgery procedure, the appointment is always on time, painless and quick. Doctor Zaterka, Nancy, the dental hygienists and the administrative staff are all professional as well as friendly. Highly recommend!

An emergency arose and this was the rudest, most unhelpful office. We are (thankfully) not patients there but needed work done immediately and after being put on hold for FIFTEEN minutes and then again for SEVEN more minutes, they decided it would be too much paperwork to help us since it was a Friday.

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST, YELLS OVER THE PHONE TO PATIENTS WHEN INSURANCE NEEDS VERIFYING, SHE SHOULDNT BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AT ALL . THE DENTISTS HOW EVER ARE AWESOME..HYGENISTS ARE GREAT TOO.... A DIFFERENT RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE CONSIDERED TO IMPROVE OVERALL RATINGS.

Southborough Dental is by far the best dental practice in the area. I always have Donna do my cleaning (she is fantastic) and Dr. Zaterka does my fillings (which hopefully I dont need), crowns and also my Invisalign braces. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

Great service. I had my first cleaning in a couple of years and I had a few cavities. Dr. Zaterka came in on his day off to fix them because of my work travel schedule. Would highly recommend.
