I started going here 1 year ago and my experience has been outstanding. I do not like the dentist at all mostly from bad experiences in the past, but they make the trip convenient and painless. Dr. Wagner is very focused on comfort, the numbing agent used for the injection site was outstanding, to the point that I felt no pain from the needle itself. Additionally their staff is always professional and knowledgeable, they have not been even 1 minute late for my appointments, and most importantly they do not push things on you that you may not need. I had a problem with one of my filings that was completed a few months ago. When I went in to talk to the staff about they problem they saw me right away, took an X-Ray, and determined the problem. Although the issue was no fault of the dentist nor myself they, without question, replaced the filling free of charge within a weeks time. Excellent customer service, comfort, and convenience

Melissa has been my dentist of choice for many years and this is why. Her staff is terrific and knowledgeable and always willing to help. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with one of my crowns. When I called I was told that Melissa was out that day but put me with a fairly new dentist to the practice. Dr. Brandon Ladeau introduced himself and had xrays taken. Truth be told this guy is awesome! He saw I was getting a little anxious and stopped what he was doing and explained each step to me. Great guy. Again with this visit I was reminded just why I go to this practice!

Donna has been our hygienist for almost 2 years now, and we just brought our 3yo twins in for their first visit. Donna was great in going slow and explaining everything did to our 5yo so the twins were happy and willing to open up and have their teeth cleaned. She does a fabulous job, and everyone at Moeckel & Wagner is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice.
