If you want to be treated like an individual, not a number in a dental chair I highly recommend Dr. Gianino and his staff. Dr. Gianino and his staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and well cared for, in what can be a very stressful time. I personally am a big baby when it comes to dental procedures. I must say that in 15 years, I have never had a painful experience. Dr. Gianino takes the time to listen to your needs, explains procedures and options for treatment. Dr. Gianino and his staff have cared for my immediate and extended family both young to old, for more than 15 years. In this vast array of family, there have been many different dental needs, from routine to emergency. Dr. Gianino and his staff have met them all in a timely manor with knowledge, skill, thoroughness, caring and empathy. Dr. Gianino will frequently give a call to see how you are doing after a difficult procedure. Appointments are easy to make; days, some evenings and Saturdays. The office has always been willing to work out financial plans when needed. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Gianino and his staff, for your dental care. My family, immediate and extended, put our trust in Dr. Gianino and his staff and have never been disappointed.

Dr. Gianino is an outstanding dentist whom I recommend to anyone looking for the best. I have been using his services for many years since he opened his Littleton office. I can best describe his work as very skilled and reasonably priced. He is a scholar on comprehensive medical information and coordinates his dental work with any other medical conditions and needs of a patient. He keeps his patients thoroughly informed on treatment options. His motto is "I do not want my patients to suffer." For example, he recently came to his office at 10pm to write a prescription to a 24-hor pharmacy for pain killer at no charge for a member of my family who needed same to sleep after a comfortable daytime extraction. He is a pleasant person who makes patients comfortable and treats them as friends. All of his staff members have high levels of skill and are extremely pleasant professionals. Do not go to this dentist. I got a check-up. It was okay. The dental assistant had her child there because it was school vacation. She was sort of distracted by her daughter the whole time. I paid for the portion of my visit that was not covered by my insurance with my debit card, took my receipt and went home. A few months later I started getting harassed by a Collections Agency that I needed to make payment for my dentist visit. I phoned the dentist office, puzzled. The incompetent woman who originally swiped my card proceeded to tell me that the office had mailed THREE bills asking for my payment. I NEVER received one. I have lived at the same address for over 20 years, so there was no reason for the bills to not get to me. I understand people make mistakes, but she proceeded to tell me that it was not really a big deal and to just work with Collections. What type of service is that? Dont go here.

Very friendly dentist and staff. My experience? I hadnt been to a dentist in many years. I thought that I had developed a cavity because one of my molars felt sensitive. As it turns out, I cracked the tooth right down the center like a log. Dr. G gave me some options. One of which was a referral to a specialist for a dental implant. I decided not to go this route and opted to try to save the tooth. The 1st step was a temporary crown. I had this done yesterday. Got to tell you with the amount of time that he spent with me custom of making a temporary crown out of acrylic, versus what he charged me, he didnt make a dollar. He spent well over an hour crafting this tooth and getting it just right. Today I am experiencing absolutely no pain and the temporary crown fits like a glove. Im very happy. I will be going back in a month for a permanent crown.

The following review was written by a patient who took me to small claims court to recover his copayment. When asked by the judge if the work done was to his satisfaction, his exact words were, "Oh it was great!" He further went on to state that because he had insurance, he felt there should have been no copayment due at all, despite the fact that he signed a financial form stating he knew and understood a copayment would be due for his plan. The judge ruled that NO financial or professional impropriety was committed, and that the patient did indeed owe the money. I sincerely invite ANYONE who has any questions whatsoever about my financial practices and policies to call me directly, and it will be my pleasure to speak with you, and offer the caring treatment both clinically and financially that ALL my patients deserve.

I have been a patient of Stephen Gianino for approximately 5 years . Hes truly been a Godsend . I recently had a tooth that was giving me some trouble . I called him at 5:00 p.m. after I got out of work because it was beginning to throb . He told me to be there by 6:00 . His assistant cancelled her plans and stayed late . They performed a root canal that evening . He truly cares about his patients . By the way ... it was painless . Hes also done a lot of cosmetic work and corrected my bite . Unfortunately I dont have dental insurance and Im a single parent . Dr G has made it affordable for me to take care of my teeth . I couldnt ask for more . I have referred my friends and theyve all been very happy with his work . I highly recommend him !

Dr. Gianino was willing to do a procedure that other dentists didnt offer to do for me. Dr. Gianino literally "Pulled a rabbit out of his hat," by doing a core and post build up, working with virtually no tooth structure. He was totally honest from the start. He told me he couldnt guarantee the results, but was willing to try this procedure for me. He did an amazing job, as I knew he would. Dr. Gianino is willing to work outside of the box to accommodate the needs of his patients. He is extremely skilled, while at the same time being totally down to earth and personable. He also has an excellent support staff at his office. I highly recommend him

Dr. G saved me! I had been to my PCP for headaches, he thought they were migraines. I happened to be in for a cleaning and I mentioned I was starting a new drug for migraines. He looked over my teeth, moved my jaw several times and told me to go get braces on my teeth. I did, and I have not had a killer headache in 16 months. The braces finally came off in August, after 2 years, and I am still pain free. My bite was so off, it was causing the pain.

I met Dr. Gianino in 1984. Since then I traveled long and short distances to see him wherever he practiced. Dr. Gianino not only gave me the greatest care while I was in his office, but would actually phone me (off hours) to discuss how I was an further suggestions and treatment. In LA or New York, he would be seeing the top superstars and athletes. You have an opportunity to get the worlds best treatment in a small, homelike office. The best.
