Horrible experience....started out good for a few months...then the original dentist who fills my teeth got switched to the other office, so a woman took over ... Basically she said theres decay under my fillings (that were filled 2 month prior to her arrival @ same place) So she suggested fixing my fillings in amalgam bc of "decay" however, after having almost 29 fillings in a 1.5 year period, I was confused as to why it was taking so long and not only that but confused as to how 29 fillings are possible when I not only have 23 teeth in total and only had fillings on molars!!! They also only did 1 tooth at a time and it took multiple (3 + 4) appointments (within 4 months) on just 1 tooth!!! It took 4 appointments to fix the same tooth and it still had to be redone, along with ALL the ones she did, by my current dentist because it was done improperly / wrong.....please dont go here for fillings, the only thing youll get out of it is a guaranteed future root canal The rest of the staff are polite and the secretary is wonderful and very attentive

The fact that they are open for only 2 days out of the week and when they are open they dont answer the phone is horrible in itself, You have to wait 3 months and sometimes more for an appointment and the dentist ther is nice and gentle but he fixed a cavity that was very small and i complained to him that the tooth next to it was hurting and it almost felt like he drilled a whole in the next tooth by mistake and he said he didint see anything and that it was just from maybe flossing too hard and now 2 months later I have a whole there now and im in lots of pain and unable to get a hold of him, No one calls back after leaving various messages in their answering machine. Searching for a new dentist.

My experience with the receptionist "ALLIE" was very informative. I learned that it is possible to conduct business in a competent, helpful and courteous manner, to reschedule and tweak things on a moments notice for the benefit of the patient, and to do all of this while insisting that it was "no problem" for her. Pretty cool to see a clear and focused mind these days, with a professional swagger that makes one feel comfortable when under stress. Rock ON Allie Regards to the crew.

TERRIBLE!! Takes at least 6 months to get the proper work done. This staff is incompetent; they have lost crowns and never seem to have the proper tools on hand to do the job. Such a complete waste of time, advising to stay away and find a better dentist. They cause nothing but agony and frustration while trying to scam the medical companies and patients for more money to make you keep on visiting! Visit number 4 and still nothing has been done, now crown is lost and will not be going back.

It took about 30 phone calls before I finally found someone to take state insurane ..I was seen with 2 weeks..Such great staff and awesome Doctor. They go above and beyoned to help you..It looks like a couple of people take advantage of their kindness. Missy I saw a sign about if you dont cancel appointment in 24 hr..there is a fee..You obviously didnt do that...Are far as cron our insurance doesnt cover crons, so how could they loss it..They are helping lots of people..Be greatful!!!

I had the best care and friendly professional experience the owner Anthony. And staff there including the secretary. Are so great. I have been getting parcials since i was 12. And they are the best. Fantastic dentist office. I have been to multiple dentists over the years, but this office has by far exceeded every other experience I have had. Allison at reception was is extremely courteous and knowledgeable, she was attentive and efficient. Making my appointment was quick and easy and I could not be happier with the accommodations and results of my appointment. I will be returning here from now on.

My rating is for the receptionist. Very kind and curteous. However, the dentist? One star at the most. Very condescending woman. Not kind. Makes you feel like a small child due for a scolding. On top of that the phone line when calling is never open. Always busy. After my appointment today, I am switching.
