I had originally been sent here due to some injuries I had received in a car accident and I honestly didnt know what to expect. However I can say that I was pleasantly surprised with New Spring Chiropractic. First off let me just state that the staff are super friendly and helpful, I truthfully enjoyed each interaction I had with them. Secondly they are a very flexible group and helped to work with me on each and every appointment I made, as I had lost my job from the car accident as well as my plans to be moving at the time, that all along with me no longer having a working car made things very interesting for me to try to set and keep appointments. However at the very least I was always greeted and welcomed by a super friendly and welcome staff and received excellent care thats helped push me back into as close to a normal state of living that I cant be more thankful for. So thanks again guys for all your help. Youve no idea how grateful I am to you guys! I hope you get the chance to read this and I will be sure to thank you all again in person when I come back for my upcoming appointment! Also thanks to you all, I was able to propose to my fiancé just the way I had always planned it in my head (limp free to be exact haha).

I can honestly say that New Spring Chiropractic has made my life so much easier. After having my third child, I was having issues with my left hip and I went in to see Ben for a consult to see what was going on. He explained everything after taking xrays and checking me out, and I was truly impressed. He had a plan and we started working to make my hip feel better. Before I saw Ben it hurt to walk, I could not exercise, it was very frustrating chasing after my two older kids and just carrying around my infant. I even spoke with an orthopedic surgeon who suggested getting a shot, but I (as a registered nurse) knew that would not fix the problem but only hide the pain. So I started going to New Spring and Ben worked on my hip. Honestly it did hurt more sometimes after my appointments, but now 3 months later my hip feels great. I rarely hurt at all and have no issue taking care of my family and chasing my kids. Kirsten and the office staff are wonderful and do a great job of working around my crazy schedule and are very compassionate and understanding. The Cotters are amazing and I am so grateful to them for helping me.

I hardly ever write reviews on businesses however I feel so compelled to brag about New Spring! I’ve been seeing Dr. Erikka (who has just recently taken over the practice) for a few weeks and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She heard my concerns with an open mind, validated them with a few xrays and quickly created a realistic treatment plan. I’m the typical patient who would make any chiropractor cringe as I work 12 hour shifts, wear less than ideal shoes and do crossfit, however with a smile and wonderful attitude she was confident she’d get me feeling better. Every time I see her, I am even more excited than the last because I’m able to tell her how much better I’m feeling! The entire office staff is wonderful as well so if you’re even remotely skeptical or nervous, please know you’re in wonderful hands.

This is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I have had to go to three different ones for the past two years because of lower back pain. After going 3 times a week for many months to the first one, I had given up hope and expected pain the rest of my life. But after seeing Dr. Ben on one visit- he found the problem and told me how to fix it. The whole time the problem was my wallet, but no one else caught that. If you are looking for results, not just more appointments- go see Dr. Ben and the staff at Newspring Chiropractic!

Best Chiropractor Ive been to!! I love this place, whenever I leave I feel like I could run a marathon. I suffer from low back pain occasionally due to work, its very easy to make an appointment and when Im there everyone is very nice and polite, its always a great experience. Office is up to date with the latest technologies, they even have a xbox with kinect for the kids up front. Even if you dont need a chiropractor, I high recommend the Hydro massage, its amazing!

Being a little skeptical in the beginning, Im officially half way through my treatment plan and already feel better then I have in years. Dr Ben and the staff are becoming a comfortable place for me where I feel like I can let my guard down and have fun during my reservations. I recommend them to anyone. Living in Georgia, it is worth the drive! 5 stars all the way.

I had a sharp pain in my neck that would come and go for years. After visiting Dr Ben 3 times I have not felt that pain in over 6 months and counting. The best thing about going in there is you are in and out so fast that it does not put a dent in your daily schedule. Thanks Dr Ben

The most thorough adjustment Ive ever had! Every visit starts with 10 minutes on a water powered bed that really loosens you up and gets you ready for an adjustment. Then you meet with Dr. Ben, who listens intently and asksasks all kinds of questions
