I was diagnosed with scoliosis in elementary school but at 60 years old, my back was hurting like never before. Besides the pain in my back, the muscle weakness in both legs made it difficult to climb stairs. I tried a few chiropractors in the past, with very little relief. After a 2week hospital stay and a longer recovery, I really needed help. A friend recommended Galli Chiropractic. The almost 20 min drive from SA through construction was daunting, but sooo with it! The staff are very nice and so helpful with insurance questions, and scheduling. I drive a lot with my job; they were able to get me a back pillow for my car through my insurance! Dr Galli is very treatment focused. Its never a "cookbook" appointment, hes always switching it up for what you need most. The chiropractors Id seen in the past did the same treatment every visit. After a few visits he recommended I get an MRI of my back. So glad I did. I found I have stinosis at L5. I highly recommend Dr Galli. His comprehensive treatment will get you feeling great!

His entire staff is fantastic and I absolutely consider them family. While mtn biking this summer I took a hard fall onto my head which cracked my helmet and made it very difficult for me to turn my head in any direction but straight. I havent had a good experience with a Chiropractor in the past and was very hesitant to see one again, but I figured I had to do something. Long story short Dr Galli and his staff are amazing and after 6 weeks I have all my movement back and with zero pain. They even helped with an arm injury that was persistent from bow hunting. I am very happy with the outcome and strongly recommend anybody on the fence to please give them a try, or at least talk to them.

We moved to the Boerne area in 2012 not knowing anyone and thankfully we found Dr. Galli for our chiropractic health needs. We are still very happy with Dr. Galli and his staff is very helpful, friendly and wonderful to work with. My husband is very picky and he said that only Dr. Galli has been able to give him the best Chiropractic care. Plus with my husband crazy work schedule they have been able to always work him in at the last minute. Both my young adult kids see him as well and have found relief in their backs & headache issues. Ive been coming to see Dr. Galli since 2002 due to sports injuries in high scholl, also car accidents. Dr Galli has fixed my bulged disc in my lower back L4 L5. I highly recommend going to see him because he can fix you!!! Just like he did me. I say this in all truth and honesty in the name of Jesus. I could barely walk at one time and now i RUN!
