The worst place I have ever been!!! When I made my appointment I asked with my insurance what was going to be my total, I was told it’s covered at 100 % by my insurance. When I arrived for my appointment there was no one in the waiting room but I still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor. The doctor placed my in contacts that were not covered under my insurance and they wanted to charge me 150.00 dollars for a trial pair of contacts. I was told that I would not be able to leave till I paid the bill. I am single girl living on my own with a fixed budget and I could not afford that. After I was able to come up with the money, I left with the contacts in my eye’s to still try them out and see if I could work with my insurance to pay for them. A month or so has gone by and I have deiced to buy these contacts. I called to get the walk out price for 4 boxes and the remaining of a bill if I had one. I asked her to please fax my glasses RX to my office and she said that was fine, but she needed to speak with the accountant to get the total bill. She never called me back, so I called back the following day and asked again what my walk out price would be and she told me that the doctor would release 1 box of contacts to me but I would have to come in. I explained to her with my busy school and work schedule and would not be able to come in for a follow up on the contacts till the middle of December. I asked her to just fax me my RX for contacts and glasses and I will order them from someone else. She placed me on hold for over 5 minutes and came back and said they would not release any of my RX information that I would have to come in to get them. So again I am in the same situation of not being able to get to the office into to make an appointment or pick up my RX. This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks only wanting to take your money. Do not go to them the front office is RUDE and change their stories to help them make money. I have reported them to the BB for with holding patient information and also with the BCBS complaint department.

The front end staff was sweet. The nurse, Cool. The Dr. GREAT; BUT I suggest when you get to the part when its time to order your glasses WATCH OUT. The chick kinda forces you to think you need all the extra stuff added on and runs your bill up. I talked to my wife about the bill on the ride home an I decided I wanted to make a change to it. So I call up there first thing the next day to request all the extras be taken off and was told it could NOT be changed. Had the last appt. the day before and called the first thing the next day. I was told it was submitted. Submitting it the next day doesnt me as soon as they get the fax of prescription, they cut the lenses immediately. Cmon! Im not dumb, I just look this way. She seemed very unwilling to make a change because of commission greed or some type of underline motive. She did NOT wanna make a change nor wanna adjust mill bi/refund any monies. I DID NOT like that part. I was NOT happy about it at all. Its really messed up my almost perfect experience there. EVERYONE ELSE in the office WAS VERY COOL THO!

This was the worst experience that I have had in a long time! Dr. Huber was very nice. However, I was not explained the cost prior to seeing the doctor. Even though Dr. Huber is in my network, my insurance only covered 15% of his contact fitting fee. The cost of the exam totaled over $100. I have had the same insurance for two years. I have utilized this benefit every year. I have never paid over $100 for an exam (included in insurance). Not expecting the cost to be so high, I asked if I could be billed. I will pay the remaining balance when I return in a week to pick up my contacts. The assistant made me take out the trial pair on contacts in lobby, in front of everyone in the waiting room and without contact solution!! I was humiliated!! I will never visit this doctors office again.

I came and got my safety prescription glasses from here. They had a limited amount of styles that my company pays for. They took almost 3 weeks to come in due to the special protective lenses. But overall I liked the staff and glasses

I enjoy my visits with Dr .Huber Ive been a patient for 2 years now my whole family goes here. Hes a great Dr. who takes time to listen to your issues. love him and the staff there.
