They appeared to be upfront about everything until a few appointments in. They told us about what all the insurance would cover then we started getting the rejection letters from the insurance they already "approved" when it was raised as an issue they told us we are still required to pay no matter what they told us. We stopped going right away. They bring you in for the first appointment and tell you how they know you will be feeling so much better. They sit you in a room and the doctor puts himself between you and the door (anyone who has ever done interviews or interrogations knows why they do that) and go over how he knows you will feel so much better but how it could take "months" or even "years" There are letters all over the waiting room talking about how someone stopped service because of the cost but how they came back and are now so much better. Everything seems set up to make you feel so comfortable and to bring the doctor to your level. I kept raising an issue with the billing and they never responded with a copy of what all we were billed and what the insurance paid or rejected. The account was in an active state of dispute waiting for that invoice and they sent it to a debt collector that yelled at me on a recorded line and kept talking over me when I would ask a question to the point I just hung up. I would suggest you get the coverages in written form from them and do not accept charges for anything that they claim will be covered.

Dr. Drew and his staff surpassed all of my expectations! My first impression was that the waiting room was awfully small. I quickly learned that this was because you simply didnt spend a lot of time waiting. He is very thorough and extremely personable. I was not adjusted until my second visit; only after he reviewed my x-rays (and educated me about what exactly was going on with my spine) was he willing to perform adjustments. Dr. Drew knows exactly what hes doing and I have no problem recommending his facility in general and him in particular to anyone living with back pain. I lived for ~3 years with severe discomfort and pain; he corrected the issues that my PCP deemed arthritis (and prescribed medications that had little immediate and no lasting effects) in mere minutes. Very shady practice. I had a feeling something was wrong when we showed up for our first appointment and they told us it was only an "assessment" and that the "consult" would be on our second visit. Well they consulted us and told me it would be over $11,000. for my daughters treatment. I told them they were out of their flipping minds. Supposed Dr. tried telling us that he could tell from the X-rays that she had "obviously" been in some sort of accident. She never has been EVER! Then the supposed Dr. blocked the doorway and informed me that I would have to pay the $200 balance from our initial "assessment" appointment before we could leave. Can you say SCAM!!! I am reporting them to my insurance company first thing in the morning.

I went in twice in July and weeks after my appointments received a bill for 60+ dollars for things that my insurance company didnt cover. That would have been fine if I didnt explicitly discuss with their financial office and their "doctor" that I would not do anything my insurance wouldnt cover. Just another place trying to scam your money. I left those days with a clear balance and knowing that I didnt owe anything to anyone, only to be disrespected by their staff harassing me for money they decided to collect from me for things I didnt approve. Go somewhere else.

Dr Drew is an amazing doctor. When I first started coming, I was crying in pain. Dr Drew and his staff have worked with me and I am now able to say that with regular visits, I am not in pain all the time anymore. When I do have pain, it is usually something I am doing that I am not supposed to (not drinking enough water, or not sitting correctly). Dr Drew knows when I have done one or the other, or both. They are a wonderful group here at Advanced Integrated Medicine. So glad I was referred.

This place is all about the money. Right away they wanted to give me treatments my insurance wouldnt cover and the doctor basically told us to borrow the money for the injections. The injections were $5000 oh but they were having a special for $3000. HA! Wow. Really? Go somewhere else.
