My wife has had a terrible experience with this outfit. Dr Bhakta himself is well spoken, attentive and polite. He appears to be a top notch surgeon. The staff in the Mansfield office is deplorable. The list of events and issues is long, I will spare you the details. My wife just returned from the Mansfield office and this is what has inspired my desire to share. She had brought my 7 year old son with her. My son had hearing issues when he was younger and his speech is difficult to understand. He approached some of the staff and asked for directions to the restroom. Afterward, once the staff thought they were out of ear shot of my son and my wife; my wife heard them mocking his speech and laughing about him. I feel bad for Dr. Bhatka! All his good work just doesnt cover up the poor support staff. We are going to finish this first foot and then find a different Dr. for the procedure on the second foot. What a shame.

Dr. Bhakta has helped and fixed both of my kids with their sport related injuries. My kids love him. He is funny and makes the kids feel so comfortable and welcome. Thank you Dr. Bhakta!!!!
