The most horrible customer service I experienced with a Chiropractic clinic. I recommended this to a friend and now regret it. It could be the newest people working there since I returned. The doctors (if true) do not do their notes in a timely manner for Attorneys to receive information. The staff is unprofessional. All you hear is staff members talking down about other staff members. Not much of a team. You leave messages for the doc or even the financial person to call you back. Noone returns calls. Several attempts for someone to call back and not one response for over a month. Will not ever recommend them again. I would rather drive further to get treatment than to deal with their staff. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

The staff and doctors at American Chiropractic have gone above & beyond to help me improve my health. Dr. Oteo & Dr. Hayman have not only treated my symptoms through adjustments but have worked to educate me. I now better understand whats going on and know things I can do at home, such as stretches, to help aid myself. I have been able to reduce amount of medicine I take for migraines thanks to their exceptional expertise and care. I highly recommend American Chiropractic to everyone.
