I got rear-ended in 2008 and went to Dr. Miller for treatment. Years later, in 2014 when I was trying to sell a condo I owned in San Antonio I was notified by the title company that Dr. Miller had put a Lien against me for nonpayment! I was pretty sure that the third party’s insurance company had fully paid him. I went to his office to find out and his assistant verified that they had been paid off by USAA. Even though the issue was resolved after a lot of headache and I sold my condo, to this date I have no idea as to why Dr. Miller did so without even notifying me. I was a good customer and didn’t deserve this treatment!!!

Response to previous review- This patient was not singled out in any way. It is a practice wide policy to file liens on all 3rd party cases that have no legal representation. It was an oversight on our part that his lien was not removed upon payment. Liens are the only protection we have for insurance companies to pay for our patients bill and are removed once payment is received. When we were made aware of the problem, we rectified the issue for this patient and apologized for the inconvenience. We enjoyed having him as a patient.

Mark is a very nice guy and is very professional and friendly. I would recommend getting the massage as well as the adjustments.
