Awesome, let me explain why! As I search groupon I found a coupon for laser hair removal which I purchased. What lead me to Dr Rainey was that she is dermatologist and she provides acne scar treatments. After researchng acne treatments and seeing that I am a candidate for two of the treatments she offers, I was sold. I just had Bellafill completed to my acne scars and I am amazed at the results. For more than 20 years of having deep acne scars, I can say they are gone. I thought this day would never happen. I have been waiting for this moment and I am so pleased and happy with the results. Dr Rainey professionalism, how she cares for you goes above an beyond. She makes you feel like royalty and when you looking for medical treatment from a doctor, you found it with her and her staff. If you are thinking about having an Bellafill treatment for you acne scars, do it! You will not be sorry, it will change how you feel and look. Five stars! Thank you Dr. Rainey :-)

First off, super nice office of great staff and doctor. Doctor was funny, friendly and very comfortable to be around. Very helpful, proactive and informative as well as all her assistance. Just a great over all experience. On top of that, had a prescription sent to a CVS. CVS was awful and made a mistake and wouldnt fix it or take responsibility. Called Rainey and they were nice enough to reach out to the rep and took care of the issue for me completely. They went above and beyond what was expected even when it wasnt their responsibility to do so or their mistake to fix. They were super helpful and really made my day. I cant speak highly enough or recommend them enough. I have now been to 4 dermatologists and theyre by far the best one and my favorite. Dr. Rainey is excellent. Seriously the best Botox Ive ever had! But it doesnt stop there. I contact her for all of my skin care needs, and trust her completely. She is both professional and knowledgable, yet maintains a personable rapport. I never feel hesitant to ask questions, and she treats me as an equal, not just another patient. I would recommend Dr. Rainey to anyone in need of a great dermatologist. Dont hesitate, just call her! You wont be sorry.

After five months of scratching most of my body I went to Dr. Finklea who ended up doing a biopsy and blood work to find the answer to my miserable condition, which she did and now Im taking medication much to my relief. Shes very kind on top of everything else and I have never had to wait when I go for my appointment.
