The front desk has been unpleasant every time I went there. Not looking at me when asking me questions, just typing on the computer and generally acted like they wished they werent there or I was inconveniencing them. I went in with something that greatly affect my life, they incorrectly diagnosed it, and when their treatment wasnt working and what was affecting me kept spreading and greatly hindered my life, they did not take further measure, only renewing my prescription. I only saw the actual dermatologist once, even when I went in multiple times and nothing was improving. Turns out that what was happening to me was something they actually tested for, but somehow did not see. I went for multiple visits and have paid for far too much for essentially many worthless trips. I regret even coming to this office since they wasted my time, money and prolonged my affliction.

I saw Dr. Emily Fridlington for the first time this morning. She and her staff were warm, friendly, professional, and immediately put me at ease, as I was very anxious about this visit. I have already shared my thoughts on this experience with many, and would encourage anyone looking for a dermatologist to consider visiting this practice. I am not one to write reviews, but was very satisfied with my entire experience this morning.

Well. Everytime I go & see them, all the Girls @ the front desk are very welcoming. All of them know me by my name, we my first @ least. I can imagine how many people they see on a daily visits. & for them to remember my first name @ least, thats Awesome!. The whole staff there have been Very accommodating, & attended to me & a comadateing. Thanks for A Great Staffing..

Both of my sons and I have been treated by Dr. Fridlington. She is kind, compassionate and well versed in her field. Our experience has been nothing but great regarding care. I do agree with others that the front desk staff could use some customer service training
