My total experience was five Stars with Sterling Physical Therapy started with the office manager: Kelly. She made sure I received the necessary documents prior to my schedule consultation that gave me the option of filling out those papers convenient to me! Kelly is a star! The receptionists’ greeting is as warm over the phone, and Harib’s demeanor confirms her smile in person validates the atmosphere when you arrive! Harib, shes a star! From the first day, I was treated with integrity and compassion. Dr. Lakshmi effectually listened to my concerns and she immediately focused on my personalized care plan and long term goals. I felt relief almost immediately! After my rounds with my knee, I returned for my shoulder…. the “Rhitis Brothers” have not been good to my seasoned sixties! After needing both rounds of physical therapy, I am slowly reclaiming agility, which is making my life more manageable. I will allow Sterling Physical Therapy to assist in the healing process for my husband of 32 years, because they have been compassionate professionals to me. The staff understands our need for consistency with comprehensive care. Both my husband and I are honorable veterans. Dr. Carter continues to offer dependability and great care as he still proudly serves in the US Army. I am a veteran of several knee surgeries, & many rounds of physical therapy. The last 2 years have been the worst of my life; constant pain on nearly ever step has severely decreased my mobility. Shots & other physical therapy had been ineffective to date. Thankfully, this time I was referred to Sterling Physical Therapy & Wellness in Sugar Land, Tx. From the time I walked in the door, I had a good feeling. The entire staff is friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgable. After only 2 visits, I had a noticeable reduction in pain, as well as an increase in muscle tone, strength & flexion. They used some techniques/exercises that were new to me, but all were effective. After 4 visits, I began to feel the life return to my legs, & I felt strong enough to begin working out between therapy sessions. If all that isnt enough, the whole experience has been very inspirational. Prior to beginning therapy at Sterling, I wasnt confident Id get relief from my primary complaints. But, now I believe that the remaining sessions will help me regain fitness that I thought was unattainable. Thank you to the doctors, assistants & interns for helping me along the road to recovery. Sterling Carter is an amazing doctor and he cares about each patient that comes in for therapy. He took the time to review and explain my treatment plan. He makes a point to greet all the patients, I witnessed this first-hand. I have visited other PT facilities and know that a skilled and caring staff is the most important part of your rehab. The entire staff, including the front office, is very professional and they will treat you with respect and kindness. This made my visits almost enjoyable and more comfortable. It was like visiting friends that wanted to help me move and feel better. I highly recommend Sterling Physical Therapy.

I came to Sterling Physical Therapy and went to my first two sessions and was very displeased with the way I treated at the front office and their team of therapist. Their staff was not sympathetic to my needs and was not asking me what I felt I needed more of what they do with every other patient that comes in their door every persons injury is different. I had to wait a week and a half to be scheduled and still had to wait the day of my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone if your in pain its hard to deal with people who are not understanding.

Sterling physical therapy & Wellness is a friendly, warm and exceptional facility. Dr. Sterling Carter and his phenomenal team were professional and knowledgeable in their delivery of service. Although you may have several therapists, the individual treatment plan is executed seamlessly. I had a shoulder injury and had very limited range of motions. The staff pushed and motivated me to work hard in therapy sessions as well as at home. If you are in search of therapist, look no further. Thank all of you again for your support in my healing process!

THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IF QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL CARE IS WHAT YOU NEED!!!! I WENT TO STERLING FOR P.T. AFTER SHOULDER SURGERY AND WAS SO BLESSED BY THE DOCTORS, TECHS AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF. EVERY VISIT I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND WAS QUICKLY SEEN BY THE DOCTOR. EVERYONE ON STAFF EXCELS IN THEIR POSITIONS AND HAVE WONDERFUL "BED-SIDE" MANNER. The first thing that impresses me anywhere I go is how I am received at the front desk.The ladies here are delightful, friendly, courteous, and professional. Mr. Sterling & all of his therapists are great. Hats of to him, Dr. Cox, BP, & Jullianna. And I must say that they are timely .Very important to me. I went in with a lot of pain & leaving pain-free. What more can I say. Im happy.

I can honestly say that each employee, especially Sterling (DPT,CEO) genuinely cares about every patient that walks through here. Customer service and quality patient care is what matters most in this clinic.

I came to Sterling PT&W after my second back surgery did not fully relieve the chronic pain I was dealing with. During my sessions there was always someone right beside me...assessing the quality of my exercises and correcting if needed. Dr Carter and staff not only helped me feel better but I came away with a working knowledge on how to stay healthy at home.

Quality care from very professional staff!! I work long hours; however Sterling and his staff worked around my work schedule to ensure that I was able to make my weekly appointments! I loved the staffs friendly, comforting attitude; as well as, their willingness to assist each other if your assigned PTA was sidetracked or called away. I never waited more than 2 minutes (literally) to begin my session. Ask for Julianna & Lindsey- they are AWESOME!!!!!!!
