Although the care was good everything else has been hassle. Brenda in their billing department is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. She is sneaky, underhanded, and just plain rude. They were paid for services rendered in full and then went behind our back contacting our insurance company and sent them false information trying to recover additional money. My efforts to reach and try to correct this issue with their corporate office has gone unanswered. They have prevented us from receiving reimbursement of money from our own insurance company and they may have done damage to our legal case. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially those who are pursuing a lawsuit for a car accident. They will keep you from receiving money rightly due to you. You have been warned.

Wonderful staff at Action Physical Therapy. I had been going to APT for several years now with injuries to my ankles, knee and shoulder. The strength and mobility has improved greatly since then. Deanna Gruver and Rachel Thacker are best in class therapists that excel in their professions. I hope that I never have to see them again at the clinic, but God forbid if another injury happens I will most likely go back to them for therapy.

The staff is courteous, the place is clean, and they put your well-being first. Deanna is my PT and she is very reassuring and encouraging. I have been encouraged to push my limits, but while still being given a level of understanding that not every type of movement is within reach right away.

Gave me incorrect information over the phone to get me in the door then after spending half an hour in the office they gave me a different story about how they bill insurance which resulted in my out of pocket cost 4 times higher than they initially informed me.
