I cant say enough good things about APEX. i come from a very active background and recently had the most debilitating low back pain i have ever experience. I could barely roll in the bed at night and could not sit through a whole day at work. I was afraid I had to say good bye to all the things that i loved to do and thought this pain would take over my life. I thought i wouldr try physical therapy after a good recommendation from a co worker who had attended Apex a few months prior for similar problem. The results i got from therapy were instant. After 3 visits my pain went from a 9/10 pain to a dull 2 pain and by 2 weeks i had no pain. The staff their not only fixed my problems but also took time to educate me about how to manage any pain in the future. Needless to say, i am back to doing everything I was doing before the pain started and i would definitely recommend Apex to anybody who has lost hope in living without pain.

I went here after my patellar tendon repair surgery which occurred January 6 of 2017 im 30yos and this was by far a much quicker recovery with there help than i had ever expected. I was a bit skeptical at first, because most if not all the patients i initially encountered were much older and just wanted mobility as opposed to an active lifestyle of activities. I thought the goals i wanted to accomplish would have been unattainable because I thought they would not be aggressive enough for my liking. On the first visit all that was put to rest. At no point did i feel any real pain, discomfort mostly due to swelling but never pain or anything to make the injury worse. Every week i felt we had made progress in mobility and range of motion. I would recommend this for anyone who is or has gone through a knee surgery and needs to get back on there feet.
