My child has been attending PTC for several months now, and the therapy is excellent and convenient. The team runs on time (a big relief for parents), and the therapists have been excellent. Given that its stressful times for kids undergoing even the most mild treatment programs - their flexibility, cleanliness, and interaction with the kids are great.

Service over the phone is sub par and they are in no hurry to get you in. They do not take all the insurance plans listed on their website. Two full days wasted when they should of been able to tell me they do not take that plan in the first phone call. If the therapist are anything like the front desk Im glad we are going elsewhere.

My son has recently started going here and so far EVERYTHING is A+ about our experience. Every staff member/OT/PT/Speech therapist/pathologist that we have seen seems to be INCREDIBLY nice and friendly and most of all, invested in what they are doing. The facility is clean and they are always on time with their visits.

Horrible patient service, staff too lazy to do their job and contact insurance company to get what they need. Overcharged for evaluation, office manager wont return calls or follow through on what she said she was going to do.

I also found my interaction with the receptionist to be subpar. The woman who answered was not very friendly or helpful. I am waiting to hear back from them regarding my insurance.
