After a horrific wrist injury and two surgeries, I was recommended to visit Action Physical Therapy at Memorial. At the time, I had 0° of movement for my left wrist. I worked with Jim King and his team over a series of months to return almost full movement and strength functionality to my wrist/hand. My experience was great and I would highly recommend this team services to anyone with comparable injuries. Jim is world class for hands and wrist therapy. Couldn’t recommend this location enough.

I had therapy on my little finger due to a "Jersey finger" type injury that I had surgery on. Jim King was my therapist and first off, he knows his trade extremely well, and was very enjoyable to work with every week. He made a perfect splint for me the day after surgery and was great every visit. Very friendly staff that are highly competent. Any future therapy I need I will be going here.

Excellent results - Kim diagnosed multiple tendonitis in my shoulder and decided on a course of physical therapy. Exercise, massage, dry needling including mild electrical stimulation. Two months of treatment and I am cured!
