Miracle Workers! After being unable to put any weight on my left leg, I thought that my hiking days were over at just 54 years old! An MRI revealed that I had a bulging disc in the lumbar region of my back which was affecting the sciatic nerve. Plus, after 3 years of running over rough terrain, in Norway, my IT band and Piriformis muscle (I’d never even heard of these until now) had totally knotted and seized up!!! I was in a bad way, miserable and unable to sleep due to the pain. The team at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness have been Absolutely amazing! My therapy sessions include strengthening and stretching exercises and Astym therapy; a therapy that regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.), and eliminates or reduces unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. The staff are welcoming, friendly and really care about your well-being. After an initial assessment and studying my MRI results they designed a program specifically for me. I have had such a positive experience at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness that I do not want my therapy to end. I will continue to go to them for maintenance visits but they have literally got me up and going again in just a few weeks and I am now more flexible than I have been since my teens! Thanks to the team at Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness I have not had to resort to strong pain medication or muscle relaxants!

After having two knee surgeries I had just accepted the fact that I was always going to have pain and discomfort in my knee. A friend of mine had suggested the ASTYM treatment and at this point I was willing to try anything. I searched online for ASTYM providers and Absolute Physical Therapy and Fitness was at the top. Ive seen Robin each time for my treatment and he is great! He does an awesome job explaining why and how something works, and hes very knowledgeable! The ASTYM treatment is working wonders, and I have honestly never felt better! I highly recommend Absolute!

I visited Absolute Physical Therapy for a frozen shoulder. I went with the Astym treatment. After 6 visits, I have complete range of motion . The muscles still feel tight, but I am certain that it will get better with the exercises that Robin gave me. The actual therapy involved the Astym technique to remove knots in my arm and stretching to release the tension in the tight muscles. The stretching was quite painful the first few sessions as my muscles were so tight. With each session, the tightness improved. I am very pleased with the results so far.

The actual physical therapists are great, extremely knowledgeable and considerate to their clients pain and needs. On the other hand the front desk Nichole very distant , unhinged and sarcastic. Barely interacts with new patients, no eye contact gives one the impression that either you are not welcome or shes bored with her job... I totally appreciate my Therapist Cierra beautiful young lady with extremely good understanding of my pain, but because of Nichole I no longer can go to this facility .

My dad has a back pain since many years now and he has shown himself to many physiotherapist. But no luck. Then we came across Absolute Physical Therapy. After the evaluation they suggested us 15 sessions. So during the first session, my dads pain level was 8 out of 10 and at the end of 15 sessions it is 3 out of 10. Staff here did a great job in treating him. We are very pleased with these guys service. Highly recommend!!

I did research on PTS to best fit my needs for my disability of Cerebal Palsy. I had the best cheerleaders to see the improvements. I recommend Therapist Ciarra M. She is one in a million. Much Respect to her.. She will push you to your limits and set goals of improvement, but overall the staff is flexible and pleasant. Hope to see them more often, never a disappointed. C. Rojas 2017

I had severe upper back pain since last 3yrs. It is reduced to level 3 from 7. I am sure it will go away in due time. Staff are wel trained n soft spoken. I am paediatricians by profession n strongly recommend this centre.
