I had four children examined by Dr. Rosvall in 2015. The staff is wonderful, but Ill never let him near my children again. When my beautiful 14 yr old daughter was examined, I was sitting in the room. Dr. Rosvall told her that "that gap in your teeth isnt going away on its own." I started to feel concerned about what he was implying. When my daughter reassured him that her tiny gap was cute and she didnt think she needed her smile improved, he continued to insist that she needed braces. He did not stop his suggestions even after I interrupted and suggested that my daughter was adequate without braces. Finally, I said, "If you have any more comments, youll need to talk to me alone." Later I found out the orthodontist is his own son! Ive never experienced unethical at that level before. I felt super upset that he would try to convince a young teenage girl that her smile wasnt adequate, even after she argued against him.

After moving from Logan we continued to commute to our dentist. But after 4 years of irregular check-ups and two more babies, the drive just wasnt practical. To say I was nervous to find a new dentist to replace our beloved Logan dentist is an understatement. Dr. Rosevall impressed me from the beginning. I was able to talk with him over the phone to address general practice philosophy before we even came in. I could tell he cares right away. As far as treatment, we all felt very comfortable and at home at the office. Dr. Rosevalls staff is professional and kind. Dr. Rosevall himself is gentle, informative and a great dentist. We are so happy to have found him!

I think Craig is a great dentist. The only reason I stopped going to him was because I was quoted a price for my dental work. We were trying to stay within my insurance coverage as well. Long story short after all was done I get a bill for an additional $1,600 ontop of what I expected to pay. After talking with him and finding it was a mistake made by his receptionist he knocked it down to $800. I personally feel that your team is an extension of yourself and he should have stood by his quote and ate the full $1600. But thats just me. I know of other people who have had billing issues with his office as well. So keep this in mind.

Craig and his Father are the best dentists in the Utah Valley - if not all of Utah. The staff (Autumn and Mickelle) are amazing and know their jobs well. This dental office is a business that I feel very confident in recommending. One of my fillings fell out so I went back to have Dr. Rosvall take a look at it. He and Autumn took great care of me (again) and then didnt charge me a dime for the re-do. Ive never had a dentist treat me so well and the way that he stands behind his work is extremely impressive. Every time I am in his office I walk away feeling like I have been treated like family.

We have loved coming to AF Dental Center! The first time we came in, for a painful cavity my child had, they went out of their way to squeeze us into their schedule so we could get it taken care of before we had to leave town. Every time we go in, Dr. Rosvall and all of the lovely gals there are extremely patient and kind. They are excellent with our kids, and anxious to help ensure their experience is a pleasant one. Theyve gone out of their way to work with our insurance and make sure the scheduling and payments work for our family. These guys are great, highly recommend them!

Almost EVERYTHING I have had done here I have either had to go back and have fixed, or I just suffer with the bad job because I cant afford time to keep going back. Also, I have had nothing but problems with their billing in the last year. They are billing the wrong procedures and wrong teeth and I am getting HUGE bills, AFTER I paid upfront. I dont know if they are really bad at their job or trying to scam people, but I would avoid them altogether.

Dr. Rosvall has been my dentist for 33 years! I have gone to a few other dentists over the years but I always have come back to this dentist. Dr. Rosvall is the only dentist that I have never had a problem with his work. He is fantastic! His staff is always super nice and he has the best dental hygienist in the state. I cant believe that I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! He is the best!

Dr Rosvall and his staff are exceptionally good at what they do, and really care about their patients. I had to get two root canals, and after each one Dr Rosvall called me up to make sure that I was doing okay, and that I wasnt in too much pain. He will go out of his way to take care of you. I couldnt recommend Dr Rosvall and his staff any higher, if you need dental work then you should go to him!

We have been going here for the last 7 years, Dr.Rosvall listens and is very experienced. He makes you feel comfortable to be at the dentist. We are always happy to know the price prior to the work, and it is always less than we imagine. We have never felt pressured. The staff always knows our name, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have only had a few visits here, but it has been a great experience. Everybody is so nice and made coming to the dentist a good experience (especially for filling cavities). My husbands family has always come here, and after coming myself, I now know why. Great dentist (and staff) and would absolutely recommend!!!

My family has been seeing Dr. Rosvall and his staff for 12 years now. We love it there! Autumn is the best hygienist ever and Dr. Rosvall is really great too. We recently moved to Texas but have made sure we schedule our cleanings when we are in Utah on vacation. I highly recommend them!

I went in as a new patient with a chipped tooth. They did a free exam and x-ray and Dr. Rosvall only had to file my tooth down a little so they didnt charge me anything. I was super impressed! They truly care and arent just trying to make money off of people.
