The original cleaning I had was a good experience. No problem there. When I went to get work done I had a miserable experience. I came in sat in the chair got all numbed up and sat there for 45 minutes! By the time the dentist got in they had to numb me up again. Im not a wimp, but the numbing shots are by no means comfortable. The dentist then started working on me and in the middle of filling my cavity he went out of the room for a good 5 minutes, came and sat down with the exact same gloves on! I really wanted to barf. After the service, I paid for it and went on my way. Next thing I new,many months later, I received a call threatening if I didnt pay my balance they would take it to a creditor. Lone and behold they were trying to bill my husbands insurance for my dental work instead of my own. You would think they would actually read the papers they make you fill out for a good 15 minutes. When they finally figured out what they did, they billed my insurance correctly. I then was trying to pay the remaining balance with the coupon I had received back when I was the new patient and got the filling done. They wouldnt honor their coupon or their mistake and so I canceled mine and my husbands next appointments. For this mistake they lost mine and my husbands service. Poor business decision.

I went in at night because of work, and it was great! Everyone was happy and more than willing to put up with my sense of humor. Great experience. UPDATE: I am not one to complain but since our first experience here we have had nothing but problems. Everytime we make an appointment we get a call from them saying that their doctors want to get off early, asking us to come in early. One of the reasons we chose this dentist is because of its late hours since both my husband and I work late hours. Also, my husband needed some orthodontic work done and every time they say they make us an appointment with the orthodontist it ends up that they actually scheduled it for the dentist and then the dentist is always SUPER RUDE and tells us that he cant do what needs to be done and/or he doesnt have the tools to do it. This is just the tip of the iceberg of problems that we have had with them. 8 appointments later and we THINK its all taken care of. Needless to say, we wont be coming back once it is all over. We have been to multiple offices with the same problem.

I have not been to a dentist in years. I was very nervous. The last dentist I went to (7 years ago) treated me like I was a bother and a nuisance. The people in the Pleasant Grove office were lovely. Very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Hart was very kind and patient. He explained in great detail all of my options and made me feel like I was the most important patient he had. They took great care of my teeth and my root canal =( was nearly painless. I had no problems with recovery. I am recommending them to everyone!

I cant say enough positive things about Professional Dental. Ive been to all locations, including the Lindon office. Dr. John Meyers is sensitive, patient, dad-joke funny and compassionate. He has helped me through a really nerve wracking, emotional transition from teeth in very poor health, to me now meeting my dental goals and being proud of my smile. Thank you so much for being a dental office I literally put my trust and faith into and each time, know I am in good hands.

We had a horrible experience at the Lindon office! My son, 6, went in to have some fillings and was feeling nervous. He started crying a little bit, and the dentist IMMEDIATELY kicked him out of the office and told me not to come back!!!! My son had had work done there before and was a total champ! He was obviously having a hard day, but the dentist refused to try and work with him. It was humiliating for me and upsetting for my son. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!

First time here at this dental office and was pleased. Dr Myers recommended less work than my previous dentist and took the time to explain why, what might happen, and to answer all my questions. I then had a cleaning which included a cleaning of my implants, something that no one else ever did. I would have given 5 stars except I am waiting for the rest of the work to be completed before doing that

Everytime Ive been here, they say I have cavaties. Ive never had so many "cavities" in my life. Dentist lies to charge you and your insurance. Been to several other dentists in the past year who have told me I dont have any cavaties, after the dentist here said I do. Save yourself some money and go to a real dentist, not a fraud just trying to lie to you for a few extra dollars.

Dentist and staff are amazing! They are professional, friendly, and funny. The dentist always makes me laugh. They are also great with kids. They helped me son not be afraid and made it fun for him. Treated like he was so special! I actually drive out of my way to come here.

My experience was great with Dr. Myers on Friday. We absolutely love him! He made us feel comfortable. He made me laugh. The girls are great they make me feel like they care about me. The appt. was a liitle long, but well worth the time spent.

As far as visiting the dentist office goes, this was the best visit to a dentist office that Ive ever had! . The staff that I meet, Katrina, Amber, "Dr. Mike" Eivling, Dr. Smith were all Very courteous, professional, and thorough.

I do not think the dentist knew what he was doing. I will not recommend any of my family or friends here. I will be fair, they offered to fix my teeth. However, I declinded and went somewhere else and got it fixed properly.

I had to get a crown. I have had a lot of problems with dentists in the past, but Dr. Blackhurst is amazing. He listened to what I wanted, and it was a a stress free visit for me!!!
