Dr Hyneman does a good job, and so do his assistants...problem is with the office manager and insurance billing. They do not know what they are doing. Tried to bill me $300 more than I owed. Since I have worked with 2 dental insurance companies, I knew exactly what I owed....$250 less than they wanted. I contact the insurance company who confirmed they were over billing, and called the office right then and there. Once again, the office manager did not know what she was doing as far as insurance. The insurance company told her what I should be paying, and even then she asked for more money than I owed. The office tried to blame it on the insurance company, but I can tell you it is NOT the insurance company, but in fact untrained office staff. It has been 5 months since my work was done, and I am still waiting to pay the "correct co-pay". It is too bad that I will ultimately be filing a complaint with the dental board...not because of poor dentistry but because of horrible and illegal office billing. Be advised...if they did it to me, they have done it to others. What a scam!

Dr. Hynemanm and his staff are AWESOME !! They are always very professional, knowedgable and friendly. Especailly Dr. Hyneman, my family and I have been seeing him for over 15 yrs. In a world of fly by night dentists that are here today and gone tomorrow, and only seem to be interested in making a buck, it is nice to know that there is still a professional there when we need him. I would highly recomend Dr. Hyneman as a dentist of choice !!
