While the treatment administered by the practitioners was very good, the methods used by the finance off staff was terrible. I was humiliated and left in tears. I had received a bill that I didnt understand and asked about it as soon as I arrived. I thought I had paid everything I owed at the two locations I had visited but continued to receive bills for additional fees. I was told not to worry about it. Once in the chair with the bib around my neck and in a reclined position, (I must pre-medicate with a large dose of antibiotics which usually make me feel ill) I was approached by the office girl who showed me my past due bill and asked if I intended to pay it today as well as the days fee. She ran back and forth between me and her office manager and then came back and told me that since we had spent so much time talking about the finances, the practitioner was now behind schedule and I would need to reschedule or wait for her to have an opening in her schedule. I told her that we were done for the day and as I got out of the chair she asked me repeatedly if I wanted to speak with the office manager. I was a patient of An Elegant Smile for years and then the were bought out by GD. I have been to two GD locations for various procedures since Spring of 2016 and paid about $2000 out of pocket after the insurance. The treatment was excellent while the finance dealings at both locations was a nightmare.

This is the worst dentist place I have ever went to in my life. Avoid this place if you can. They are never on time and always make you wait at least half an hour. It I could rate them a zero, I would. I used them to get a crown for one of my tooth that had fallen out. It was a 9 month nightmare ordeal. First of all, the surgeon that had implanted the screw is a real jerk. He was not nice at all. They tried to charge me for anesthesia time that wasnt even being used. I had to go through hoops to get a credit. Then, when it came time to get my crown put on, somehow they lost it. They could not locate where it was sent. Another two months go by and they mess up the second crown. This time, it was made up of the wrong material. They could have called earlier before I went in there to waste my time. Another month goes by and they finally get the crown. This time, it had the wrong shade. I had them put it on anyways since I needed it and couldnt wait another month or two. All in all, it was a bad experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. GO TO A BETTER DENTIST. Oh....and by the way, the surgeon who put the screw in doesnt even work there anymore. I am still waiting to get a monetary credit to my account that they promised for my ordeal. Its been two months and I havent seen it yet. By the way, good luck trying to get them to call you back when they owe you a refund. This company is real shady.......

I want to give An Elegant Smile a good review. Based on earlier reviews I can relate to the appointment scheduling. Ive been taking my children there for almost 4 years now and have had many rescheduling conflicts or just showing up for appointments and being notified that the hygienist has left or the appointment was not for that day. Waste of gas yes but hey with the service you receive it makes up for it. I have a 15 year old son with Asbergers and he can be a challenge to do work on. They are true professionals in dealing with him. As long as you take your time and notify him about what your about to do he will let you. If you dont answer his questions or keep him up to date with whats going on he will fight you tooth and nail. I wish I knew the hygentist name who worked with him recently. She is so cute and small, and she handled my son like a pro. She talked to him the whole time, held his hand when needed, and kept his spirits up the whole time during the procedure. The care you receive there is truly professional. I recently went in after 13 years of not seeing a dentist and they didnt lecture me nor did they try to push procedures on me that I didnt need. The office is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend this dentist office to my friends and family. Thank you for your patience and understanding with my son.

Well i thought this was the place....... But I guess NOT. They make you an apt. and then call you 2 days before and state that something is not up to date can you update it. YES. Then never a call back to let you know that they didnt do their job correctly. Just come down and waste your gas and time. Just to be told the information that should have been said the other day. And then say O By The Way you need to come back June 1st. And then say O were not wasting your time. Poor Customer Service is so TRUE. All Im looking for is a DENTIST that will treat my son with the respect and dental services where they know what their job and duties are to get the patient in in the time THEY SCHEDULED THE PATIENT FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you choose to come here make sure you call that morning and make sure they did everything in their job discription..... BECAUSE THEY STRAIGHT UP DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY STATE ITS ALL ABOUT THE KIDS AND THEIR SMILE. WELL THEY ARE FOR SURE NOT....... AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB....... If you have cash then there is never a problem. VERY UNSATISFIED MOM TRYING TO GET HER SON A GREAT SMILE....... : ( very saddened because of this.......

I was referred to An Elegant Smile when I needed an emergency crown and I made an appointment since the price they quoted was lower than my regular dentist. I arrived at my appointment and the woman rudely told me they could no longer get me in at the time they had told me on the phone and that I could come back in a few hours and then theyd probably see me. They didnt call me first or apologize. When I came back they did see me. The dentist wasnt very friendly or professional. She stated that she wouldnt be able to do a crown and Id need an implant which was significantly more expensive. She said she was unable to even put in a temporary crown. When I was checking out they then tried to charge me $118 for the appointment after I had specifically been told on the phone that the appointment would be free. They got snide very fast. I went back to my original dentist and learned sometimes its just worth paying more to have a good professional environment. He by the way had no problem putting in a temporary crown or a permanent one.

1 star only cuz I cant give 0. Appt was at 730 half hour after they opened and they were already hour behing scheduled. Made appointment for extraction and confirmed it three times that it was an extraction. Took me back to look at it an hour late then sent me back out to wait for extraction like they didnt expect it. Took 4 hours of watching people come in after me go in before me. Mean while they had me fast, so adds another 4 hours of not eating. Never appologized or even aknowledged the 4 hour delay.
